Chandrayan 2- 2019 (GSLV MK3)
CH2 project cost > CH3 because of orbiter. In CH3 we are utilising ch2 orbiter only.

We use in chandrayan 2 ..orbitar +lander +rover..and we use pslv lunch vehicle.
But, in chandrayan 3 we use lander and rover. Lvm 3 lunch vehicle sir so that's why chandrayan consume highest budget then chandrayan 3
