Prepared this tonight. You made me look like a chef. Served with corn on the cob, honey garlic shrimp, creamed spinach. Sauce was creamy butter garlic. Yum. Yum. Great dinner. Next time gonna rest the chicken on a warm bed of stuffing and pour sauce over. Yum. Yum. Thank you so much. Washed and tenderized the chicken before preparing. And I put toothpick holes in chicken before seasoned. Oh my goodness. Yum. Yum.
@@ladymaiden2308 Hi there. Not a chef, but I belueve in imaginative and creative cooking. My niece is my tastetaster. She always says my dishes are creative and imaginative. I love to cook. Getting better. I'm 71 years old and just started really cooking this year.
Moscoe Johnson Jr that's fantastic! You got to know that menu you described sounds pretty awesome. I am recently also dabbling in cookery more than usual! It's so much fun, isn't it?! Your niece is so psyched. Lucky girl. You don't look a day over 50, BTW oh, so congratulations on that too! Blessings and peace!
Aw, could of made a quick garlicky mint sauce and called it Greek stuffed chicken...... Sometimes you need to be creative to avoid disasters in the kitchen, lol 🍴
Clifford Mathew dude. I feel for you there. I once made this really great mac and cheese, and accidentally used vanilla flavored creamer instead of regular half and half. It was too late.
Making this tonight but I added baby shrimp inside of my cream cheese and spinach, with steamed asparagus and baked potato and of course a glass of wine can't wait to taste it!
Fabulous!! I browned mine in skillet before puting in Crockpot for 4 hours on high! When we came in for supper we had very tender moist stuffed chicken, with Aujus drippings!! Yum!!
Just made this tonight - only one pc of chicky for moi only. Delicious!!! Love chicken in cream sauce & piccata as well but this is right up there with the best recipes. Just when you thought there wasn’t anything better or as good. YUM!!!
Mmmmm... I make this too. I add chopped artichokes, parmesan n mozzarella in mine, sorta like the dip but without the cream sauce added. So yummy! This n some rice pilaf and salad is a great meal! 🍴♥️🍴
Made this (with a ceasar salad) tonight for my boyfriend. It was great. I just wish I had tweaked the seasoning just a little more. Aside from that, he was happy with the meal. Thanks for the video. I will be revisiting this recipe again.
I'm making this meal for Ramadan. Just wanted to know do you tenderise the chicken before hand or does it go straight in the oven. Btw that did look delicious. Xx
@@creativemomentsrecipes5428 hi this is a great recipe and I'm trying this out tonight just a quick question do I tenderize the chicken beforehand or does it go straight in the oven after seasoning because you didnt say in your video. Please let me know.
My husband made this for me when we first met except no paprika but instead, a teaspoon of mustard mixed in with the spinach and cream cheese. Yummy! 😋
@@creativemomentsrecipes5428 ok I didn't know that about spinach never heard but never to late to learn thank so much for reply back for sure I'm trying this recipe but probably I use same salt on chicken ❤🙏🤟
Be honest... That chicken was super dry. You should've put something in the bottom of the pan and covered it with tin foil to hold the moisture. Italian dressing, some form of marinade, chicken stock, etc. That way the chicken absorbs moisture as it's cooking and makes it possible to swallow
@@majestic6303 There's a few ways to avoid that dryness with chicken breasts. Turkey breasts are almost impossible to keep moist without frying it in oil, but with chicken you can do the following : Make sure you're not over-cooking Squirt the baking pan with your sauce off choice (I like Italian dressing) Cover the baking pan with tin foil to hold in the moisture Marinade for 24 hours before cooking
Degrees = Celsius - you are welcome to covert it to Fahrenheit - I believe in Canada it’s the same as European - Celsius - not sure why but in Canada we just say - degrees oppose you degrees Celsius
I made this and the inside of the chicken didn't cook all the way so I had to cook it longer and the chicken was very tough and dry. It had a great flavor though.
Monique Valentino - oh ok 😊....it should have cooked fully in that time frame! Did you put it in the middle rack and didn’t open the oven at all? Also, chicken cooks for about 5 mins or more after taking it out of the oven...but ofcourse I appreciate the input❤️ thermometer really helps with the over cooking!
Use a pan that can go from stove to oven. Brown chicken on top of stove about 5-7 minutes per side over medium high heat. Cover pan n put in the oven. After 15 minutes uncover n finish baking. Use a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the chicken meat. When it reaches about 160°+ take it out, put the cover back on and let it rest about 5-6 minutes. Temperature should reach the recommended 165° by this point.
Cassandra Antoniu lol I love salt...specially Himalayan or sea salt! That’s why it’s salt to taste 😊 spinach is a high sodium green so cooking it (depending on your taste) don’t need to add salt...totally up to u 😊

No rubbing olive oil on the chicken before adding spices?
Yep u will be fine without that but it’s all upto u. Try it and let me know 😊

So she didnt add not even a pinch of salt,to the cream cheese nor chicken. Dry unsalted chicken breast, wasnt a drip of juice when she cut it.
I notice the same thing and I comment about I hope she replies and let me know why she doesn't use salt
You could precook the chicken before stuffing the spinach you know?
boneless chicken breast doesn’t take long to cook, so there is no reason to pre cook it at any point. 😊
Mmmmm Yummy
Joe Villareal thx😊
Yah looking I'm doing this tomorrow
Awesome 😊
so I don't need to put any oil on the chicken breast or in the baking dish so it doesnt stick?
You could...but I usually don’t 😊
Can you use a regular baking pan like the aluminum ones instead of the glass ?
Reina Burrola yes you can 😊

Wouldn't it be easier to combine all of the spices together in a small container so that you don't have to keep repeating the combo manually??
Yeh that works too!
Yummy
Question : measuring cup-wise, how much is 100 grams of cream cheese ? 😊
Debbie Fox 1/2 cup I looked it up
xoAngelicaF ...... oh your so sweet ! Thanx ❤️
Can I wrap bacon around it instead of tooth picks to secure it?
Absolutely!! I do that all the time...it taste amazing 😊

what are grams now. Can you tell us what that is American, is it one cup ? One package ?
Philadelphia cheese is usually 212 - 250 grams (printed on the container), so just use half of that 😊
100 grams (1/2 cup) approx
