I mean burgers can be clean. But probably not from a restaurant. At least how I see it is, clean = anything raw (meat or veg) that you then cook yourself.
Every morning I have “quiet time” I do bible study or a devotional. Then I write three things I’m grateful for and write down my prayer! It doesn’t take long at all and it is so empowering and to know that THE God is right beside me the rest of my day and always is so reassuring. It really just sets your day for a positive outlook. I am only 12 so if I can do it I know you can too! I really encourage you to do this!
Also, if you don’t have a relationship with God I really encourage to think about it because it is so important and without him I was so lost and unmotivated and down but now that I have Him I am the best me I can be and still improving! He loves you and I love you!

To Brooklyn and Bailey and all the "real UA-camrs out there" When I started following UA-camrs years back I started developing a kind of complex that their lives were so perfect and that they had something to do and were successful and that they had "no problems or sad days". But then I realised that I was watching the wrong set of people. They weren't real. They were putting up a facade for the camera. Y'all are one of those people who keep it real and grounded. Brooklyn and Bailey , I just want y'all to know that all your videos feel real and make sure to put out even the hard times or the not so good times that y'all face. Y'all make sure to put out the amount of work that goes into what all y'all do. This teaches us many things and makes us connect to y'all. Thank you for being real and kind in this unreal world. Dance,study,go outside and run or visit family, shopping, worship music, getting enough sleep, taking hot showers, doing all my assignments and everything I have to get done in advance, eating healthy meals regularly, writing down important stuff multiple times helps as well I love to color coordinate everything too just so I know where everything is or goes, I pack my needed bags early and book my schedule days or weeks before certain events and just go with the flow

One thing that motivates me a lot is music. Especially BTS songs are true motivaters. Though they are in Korean try listening to them. Find their translations in your language. Read them... For sure it motivates you. Gives you guts and hopes in your life. Trust me...
