You’ll need to just tell them an address, you can say you are cohabiting with a student, friend or family. They just want to know if you have a place to stay or not. It’s very important to just have somewhere to Tell them even if you don’t have plans to stay there

If your place of work is in london, is it advisable to go through Birmingham airport and tell the officer that you’ll be staying in Birmingham with a friend for a couple days before it’s time to resume work (as my work place has accommodation for me)I’m also collecting my BRP in Birmingham as well

You know as a skilled worker you are to live and work in uk for up to 5 years. So you have to tell them as a DEPENDANT that it’s a very long period to stay away from your family. Your purpose is to come and spent time with /take your family and as well as work to support your spouse or main applicant and kids if you have

I am about to apply to an Aviation school in London to study Cabin crew/flight attendant and the duration of my course is 2 month, when I checked the visa type in UKVI, I saw a STANDARD VISITORS VISA and in that visa requirements I cannot work and it's just for a course less than 6month. But my intention of going there is to study (and also work since my classes is just once a week) then probably get a job there... Will this be possible with a standard visiting visa or I should apply for STUDENTS VISA or wait and see the kind of visa the school will ask me to apply for in the admission letter.

Yes you can pls. But you’ll need a consent letter from the main applicant stating while you’ll be traveling alone.
What if they ask to see proof that you have the funds in your account?

Not at all. Anywhere you want to stay just have the valid address

Just have your proof of fund, you can be luck to pass through without them asking you about your financial status
What if you carry cash along with you which is same amount with the funds needed

In case of visiting visa you can neither work nor school. You can’t change your visa as well. Pls apply for student visa instead
