Thank you for this lovely and interesting video. I’m a lifelong Shotokan karate practitioner, but I took just 3-4 months of ba gua in the early 2000s and am still intrigued with its concepts and practice.
I think BGZ’s concepts and tactics are woefully under appreciated by the martial arts and healthcare communities. The ideas of continuous movement and not depending on strikes have yet to gain recognition even with knowledgeable martial artists.

Andrea's book is a great read. Ba gua systems are all different but these principles are always present!
