Hi. I bought thinkrider x5 a week ago. Even after calibration, it's too heavy to ride even at zero percent incline. I would like to know how to solve this problem. I correctly performed the entire calibration procedure in thinkrider tools application.
I bought X7 Pro. But I noticed that the flywheel gets very very tough after about 11 or 12 rotation. Then it gets light, then gets tough again after 11 to 12 rotation. It keeps repeating.

Llevo años siendo cliente vuestro he tenido tres rodillos vuestros y el material que compro siempre es el vuestro porque calidad precio es imbatible y la calidad es muy buena pero lo que me está pasando estoy empezando a perder confianza,recomendé a mis amigos que compraran el rodillo y cuatro de ellos compraron,espero que me resuelvan el problema
Hi, my thinkrider X7 stop working suddenly, my speed sensor was going to about 5km/hr and suddenly it went back to 0km/hr. thereafter it cannot detect any speed already. Tried to restart the whole thing and the same situation happen. Can you help to advise what I can do to make it working again, thank you

How to stop the flywheel from spinning when removing the nut?
It's also not shown in the video, probably for the same reason.
With electric, powerful torque you can remove the nut even if it spins
