The guy in Victor's flashback did work with Silco. He also said in the flashback that he worked with Heimindinger before he met Victor. He was there in the warehouse working in the Lab when Powder blew it up. His name is Singed. Also side note Miss Young who works with Victor and Jace, appeared in Victor's flashback where we learn her name is Sky. Great reaction 👍👍👍
To be fair everything Jayce said was true, Heimmerdinger's inaction to enact change and to stop problems was bad. Actually he was just bad on everyfront possible, kind of holding everyone back, and it's because he has been around for 300 YEARS it's crazy to me that he has done nothing for the undercity, he has part of the blame as well and Instead of trying to be open about "solutions" he just ends up saying "NO DON'T DO THIS" he never explains why on detail or propose other ways to aproach these ideas, his only contributions are "GIVE IT TIME" time that he has, but not the rest of the people. That's why i believe that getting kicked off the council he founded is the wake up call he needs to learn from his mistakes and finally do something too.
