Bonehead is like a Ferrari on those powerful barre chords. He is not just rhythm guitarist, he is a very important part of the Oasis sound.

Bonehead - One of the most underrated and important Rhythm guitarists ever. Does the job to perfection with those huge chords and that makes that classic Oasis sound as he proves every time he plays with LG
I even find Liams drummer to be a bit off, just doesn't sound right. I think the snare isn't on.

Noticed he's recently gone back to in ear pieces, albeit in one ear. He's slagged them off quite a bit but they definitely help him stay in tune and sound closer to his studio singing. Kudos to whoever encouraged him back into using them lol

Bonehead makes such a massive difference his guitar playing is so much louder and powerful and it really adds the Oasis sound more. It also helps that Liam’s voice has gotten 10 times better over the last 2 years it’s crazy. Only missing piece of the puzzle is now Noel.

Also noticed that Liam uses ear monitor now, usually he only use stack of speaker monitor around him. That should make the voice a little bit more controlled.
Fajar Gandhira well spotted, but I cant hear any improvement in this video. The way he sang pre chorus was actually the worst I heard him since 2009.
Marooshaz he doesn’t really try with this song / it’s as good as you’re gonna get it . He’s not gonna hit the notes

A lot of people are saying Bonehead is the difference, as much as he is a legend the difference here is actually we have a professional recording, rather than a smartphone recording that generally makes everything sound a lot flatter. Also Liam using the in ear monitor helps his own performance.

To echo others, this is like listening to Oasis from the 90s. Bonehead really adds that depth and meat so to speak. Just goes to show how important he was in the group's live sound.

As soon as intro started I thought the band sounds so much better, then I saw bonehead. He makes the band sound so much more powerful
The first few seconds I thought the bands getting better at oasis covers , sound like live by the sea , then I saw Paul 😁keep him on board Liam 👍
That was always set Oasis apart from other bands was the volume of the guitars and that's why this sounds so good .

Get the band back together without snoozer...leave him recording his dance pop shite.
Bone head improves it...so let's add Tony back on the drums..he still plays daily and teaches drumming. You could get all that early stuff and I bet he is better than he was back in the day. I think the primal early oasis drums are the next thing to revisit. Bonehead and Tony made the first record sound raw.

Nice to see that we're 2/5's closer to an Oasis reunion.
The band has improved a lot imo. Of course, the contribution of ol' Bonehead does help on that here, he's got the classic Oasis tunes in his DNA.
Esp the drumming is more consistent these days. But they should definitely change the drums SOUND in the mix - it still has that ( modern fashion ) dry sound that's more Punk or Nu Rock. Doesn't fit the R'n'R of these song at all. Snare needs more reverb, more "depth', etc.
