he says the HE is OP but i disagree, the alpha and fire chance is average at best, its the accuracy that makes it good. considering the massive drawback of speed, HP, and lackluster armor as well as AP that will richochet off anything that isn’t dd T8 and higher, i think it warrants having NORMAL 14in HE

I find it fun to even mention AA in wows since they are essentially useless.
Aside from that, seems like a fun ship, cruiser dispersion on 356s can definitely get put to a good use
On an additional note, turning radius being tight is related but not the only factor that indicates turning speed. If the ship's speed is low (like this one's is), the radius will be lower as well, providing the same turning speed as a faster counterpart. It is something worth mention, since while the ship turns nicely fast, it's not as insane as you make it look in the video. You'll for example turn faster in a venezia or saint louis despite having a bigged turning radius, for example
