My pleasure. It’s hard without financials. If part of a government entity’s yearly annual report, if they release financials, then you can consider using DCF as there is likely hardly any growth; quite often government owned entities are regulated monopolies with margins that are capped.

Hey Chris, what's the time horizon that we need to consider for the Growth of Earnings? Is it CAGR over 1Year/5 years/10 Years?

I personally look at a minimum of 5 years as I love to. Value companies based on my EPS estimate in 5-10 years.
