coming here and watching this as a panthers fan…man after what we’ve been through the last few years we need a coach with his personality and how much he cares for his players gave me chills man. i think he’s the perfect guy to pair with bryce especially given how rough the first year was for him!!

As a Panthers Fan it’s really hard to be excited about another coaching hire but this just hits different.. I really think we got our Guy.. know we need some players
We are so lucky to have this guy. I know he is learning on the fly, but you can definitely see the Offense is coming together under his tutelage. Can't wait to see how it changes next year. Not only is he a great coach, but he without a doubt gives the best press conferences. Something this organization has been sorely lacking.

In the Current and Below the Surface are such amazing shows, never stop. However In the Current used to be more frequently but it hasn't had that many episodes this year...I also miss the intro/outro of the first coupe seasons of the show, was hype.

After this video and 5 years as a season ticket holder die hard bucs fan since I’ve been born we are winning the super bowl this year! Dave was the best hire we’ve signed and Bowles got the defense clicking!
From his first press conference, I could feel the difference in what Dave was going to bring. This man LOVES football. The passion is in every word he speaks.

It’s important for the offense and the OC to remain together for a few years to get to the next level. They have already overachieved this year but the playoffs are wide open for this team barring injuries. Hope Dave stays. Go Bucs!!
Dave has really done a great job this year, and his positivity and lack of panic have served baker and this offense well. We need a big game agaisnt the eagles, this is your time to shine Dave!!

What I also see is, that Todd gives Canales room to develop and grow. Very good way of coaching! The coaching staff and the team is growing together. I am already satisfied to see the 2024 draft. I would love to have a second RB, that is capable of running and catching, like White.

This is awesome, obviously Dave has faced a lot of criticism for the inside zone runs and being stubborn but you can see what he is trying to build... it's not always perfect but the potential is there and I'm so proud of this team for fighting! I think we can make some noise in the playoffs and regardless of the results I know this team won't quit and as a fan that's all you can ask for.
Chase edmonds is a great leader in the back up spot.

This was very well done! It gives us a true insight on the oc. I do find it disturbing how Bowles shows no respect for the OC..The GM brought him in for a reason! This OC is truly talented and irregardless has brought a level of inensity and talent to this team going forwARD!
Dave literally said something in the show like Coach Bowles believed in me and gave me a chance..

4 Baker 2 have this team in the playoffs with a guy who NEVER called play before n the nfl says alot.. Just imagine how Baker n the weapons they add to the offense next year will look like bcuz they r still learning this full offense on the fly.... Bucs need 2 go get Derrick Henry in free agency and turn the run game into a under the center outside zone scheme n that will make the passing game even more explosive bcuz teams will have 2 play alot of single high safety n the receivers will have alot more 1 on 1s.... Dave need to look at Baker tape wen he was in Cleveland n he had the #1 run game behind him with Chubb n dey were Elite n outside zone, counter runs, gap schemes n still use some Shotgun mid zone runs 4 with White but Henry will turn this running game around den u would have a one two punch in da backfield of speed n power n both players good at catching the ball out the backfield.... Then you can have packages with both Henry n White on the field at the same time n motion White out da backfield into the slot n still have Henry n da backfield n that would create a match up problem n da pass game havin White running routes against a linebacker n u still can run the ball with Henry against a lighter box.......

Keep the pass protection, get average run blocks and average running games (not bottom like 2023) and Baker will deliver the rest in 2024.
We wont together we lost together but we're still together - Until the end of the season, then im leaving the team that gave you a chance for a dysfunctional system in Carolina.

Dave Canales mistakes stubbornness with team identity. He is too stubborn and predictable and he doesn’t play to the team strengths. One of the most important qualities for an OC is adapting play call to take advantage of what the other team is doing and playing to your strengths. He doesn’t do neither. With exception of the game against the Packers his play calling is a liability to the team and puts Baker in unnecessary distress because he needs to pass in 3rd down scenarios 6 times in just one drive. Praising Canale’s stubbornness will cost us a lot of games and will deny him the opportunity to learn from his play calling mistakes

I like Dave, but his inability to adapt when the run isn't working is concerning to me. It's almost like I was watching Byron Leftwich call plays at some points this year. Hopefully we can continue to evolve as an offense and make a playoff run.
Not to mention he is sleeping on chase for the past couple of games
