What’s the difference between product management and business Analyst🤔
Roles look soooooo familiar
Yes there can be overlap in these roles. Here's my podcast episode that explains the difference: tinyurl.com/53prs32r
I appreciate what you're doing, but this is not detailed enough. Do you have a detailed tutorial on stories & acceptance criteria please😊?
Love that bouncy intro, got me shoulder dancing.
Thank you Karakeise for this video. I am a newbie to Business analysis and please pardon my errors if any. I would like to ask regarding the aspect of the acceptance criteria for instance the channel options (email, text message, and push notifications). Do we need to write another user story for each of these to break down this story if we want to provide further details about their behavior? e.g As a user I want to be able to select email in the channel options so that i can receive an email whenever my account balance is low. Thanks so much
Hi, thanks for watching. The user story in this video is the story for allowing the user to subscribe to email, text or push notification so we don't need another story to break this down into further details about the behavior - only one story is needed to cover subscribing. However you would need additional backend stories for how to trigger the alert when the balance is indeed low and you will also need stories for what the email body and text/push message will say when the alert is triggered. So this one alert functionality requires at minimum 5 stories:
1- Allowing the user to subscribe
2 - Setting up the backend trigger
3 - Sending the email message to the user
4 - Sending the sms text message to the users phone
5 - Sending the push notification to the users phone
Hope this helps to clarify!
Thank you@@karaleisefor your detailed response. I am grateful. Thank you for sharing information from your well of knowledge and experience
