I did the Hymec on my ‘17 YZ250FX. It was great, loved it. Just as good if not better than the cable. I put on a few good hours and then sold the bike for a smoker. Loved the FX. I recommend this thing.

I run the gen2 hymec magura on my steely wr450f. Added the moose shorty lever and it all actuates a torque drive recluse.
This turned a tractor brute into a very manageable honey badger.

I have a 2021 WR250F here in Australia , I have used a Magura hydraulic clutch on my old WR250F but after installing a Rekluse CX3 Radius auto clutch its not even neccesary to have a lever . I have a hydraulic LH master cylinder and brake lever on the LHS plumbed directly to the rear brake with brake pedal removed . It is amazing how good it is and takes the workload off the rider when racing .

Ok problem solved, just talked directly with a Magura Tech, the free play has to be from 4/6mm,due that they dont have a slave for the FX or the F in a kit, I had to add washers to get to that free spacing and now it works good,so far. He also sugested to make a custom kit with a 10.5 bore Master insted of the 9.5 that is on this kit but that would make the pull a little harder as well.

Are you still able to pull the clutch in and still leave fingers on the bars (fingers between the lever and the bars, like smashing them almost)? I use 1 or 2 fingers with my clutch cable setup now. But, at the end of the day my fingers get sore. I see maybe a hydro clutch in my future. I've been on the fence, Lol.
