So I might be late to the party, but I want to reiterate a few points missed in this video that they haven't touched on such as the gallery system, the dive skill system, the card system, and the other impacts of actually using your different weaponry can give. First and foremost, I agree with what he has said, raise about 3 characters or up to 6 if you're really into the grind. However, don't neglect the choices of high level weapons you can use too. Having high level weapons increase your chances to have a decent score within raids, a newer system implemented. Participating in raids can give the user a wide variety of rewards, loot chests, and cards. Whenever you use a weapon or character in here, you get to dps the boss till you inevitably die. However, once you lose using those said weapons and characters, you are unable to use them until the following day. So do keep in mind the characters and weapons you are comfortable with upon tackling the event. Next would be the Gallery system which actually rewards you with more power for using all your weapons and equipment by helping them reach milestones. This helps you grow your power by a lot, especially if you're just starting out. Use these weapons on lower stages with lower power requirements just for fun and experimentation all while levelling up your gallery to increase your player power. The dive system skill are also ones that should be raised whenever you could raise them. This is really important like the armor as they provide stat boosts even if the said skill isn't equipped. Plus, equipping the skills actually help you clear the games, doing enough damage to at least chip off a boss's HP by at least one bar or partially healing you like the sub-tank skill. Don't worry about using the resources here as they can be gathered daily at about the level 30 mark. The card system also gives you tremendous stat boosts and other buffing skills for your characters such as improves passive skill boosts, damage, and sometimes, even shortened charging time for your busters. Overall, this is a great video but there are just some things I honestly had to add to help the newer players out.
Im just jumping in before the shutdown (trying to get the steam acheivments lol) thank you for the tips, helpful since im on a seemingly strict timelinetimeline
just started 5 days ago, I'm currently level 35 and already know all these tips. my total power right now is 65k and according to power evaluation, I'm currently SS in all aspects but still the power difference is 65k(mine) vs 140k+(story) which is more than double. It only takes a handful of shots to take me down and playing on touchscreen doesn't help either since getting hit by a single stray bullet can easily take a chunk off my hp(keep in mind that this game is primarily for mobile so "just play with a controller" or "just play on pc" aren't an option for everyone for varied reasons). I still like the game despite all this although its frustrating because of just how quickly you hit a difficulty spike so early in the game(again, currently day 5. but already noticed it on day 2) which other mobile gachas tend to handle a whole lot better, and I've played plenty since 2013. btw you missed that increasing your character/weapon gallery collection and leveling lab skills also boosts your total power. edit: just stumbled on the best power leveling tip that the game completely fails to tell players and I wished I knew from the very start, which is saving element metals and buying a truckload of proficient memory cards instead of throwing them away on gacha(if you already have good characters/weapons).
Good tips and a well explaned video. But here is my tip. I don't remember what Lvl this option unlock(Lvl 30 maybe) but prioriteze Lvl up your Skills. They made u power grow a LOT.

Is there some kind of science to using certain types of cards to power up a good card vs just using anything with a high level to give that the other card more experience?
Characters individually do not level up, the only way they level up is their individual skill or by completing levels and pvp matches. You're account level is what is leveled and leveling things up also increases you're power
@@quincystokes1476 I'm at 31k atm :p The stages I'm on are around 41k+ and I'm just sorta brute forcing my way through the stages regardless of the big power difference.. Just gotta play a bit carefully but it can be done.
What about combining armor, from the equipment repository section, to make new armor?? I've done it 2 times to test it out. I made a new light weight head armor but honestly, I haven't the slightest idea what I'm doing or how to do it properly. Also, in the chip section, what does "Analysising " your chip actually increase??
Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment! When you analyze a chip, you can gain some of its benefits even without equipping it. Upgrading your armor only increases a few defensive stats, such as DEF and HP, but it doesn't count towards the power level. It does make your character beefier, though.

Great tips, but every weapon should be upgraded in terms of the Achievements Challenges, right? I mean, after all, some characters and weapons would be great choices, depending on the stage you are playing, no?
If maxed out upgrade section, What would happen if you reset all your upgrades from A rank weapon to a S rank weapon...? Would it be maxed like it was from the A rank weapon?
If you have just started (around level 25), you might consider starting over. There's a hidden tab on the left side of the game's home page. If you haven't checked that out yet, I suggest you do. Lots of freebies there.

@@Addition2it could be the device you're using, the internet connection, or the channel you've initially chosen. If you can't switch devices or change internet connection, try switching to a different channel. If you've just started your game the multi-player options will not be available yet.

I suggest to add upgrading Dive Triggers / Skills. This got me through the power levels required in the stages.

Now that the game released to the West I'm consuming every bit of Dive knowledge. Folks are already at around 50k+ power whereas I'm only at 4.8k.

You earn proficient memory cards when you skip stages. You can use proficient memory cards to improve the stats of your weapon.
