Man I just love this channel I can’t wait till I grow up to become a marine biologist and hopefully go scuba diving in the Bahamas, and just maybe I would have the pleasure of meeting you personally so that we can go scuba diving together ❤️❤️❤️ Sincerely your biggest fan, Ahmad Aburoumi
Haven't watched this yet cuz I'm at school but I'm so hype. New Jonathan Bird video+ blue hole diving which I love+the Bahamas which I LOVE=I am going to love this I can tell
Would you ever dive the blue hole in Dahab? Would make for an interesting episode on Blue World based on it’s history. Your definitely a good enough diver to dive it with the deep and cave dives you’ve done
"Spooky" is right. Going through an underwater cave is scary enough, but swimming over a 500' deep chasm while doing so is terrifying to think about. The end of this video was brilliant, showing how the different water systems interact, and the reactions of the coral to the invasive washout. I just finished watching Blue Planet II, and your end segment could easily have fit into that program.
I’m so glad someone mentioned something about the “blue hole” grades? Even how it looks from the opening edge. Better murky than polluted water? Roping guide for directed dive lines. Very wise. It seems the caves water had a difference of photosynthetic concentration near the top of the waters layer. However seem to clear up a a little? Near the bottom of the cave, yes the silky fossil layer had so much time settled and detailed. Amazing-tracks! Thank for showing us those hole apertures. I love how your put those orientations regarding the hydrogen sulfide and how it may have left forms of affection and area influence. How did you feel after the dive?
Jonathan, you really need to visit a place called Tenerife. My dad says that underwater it is buetiful and there are fish swimming everywhere, and playful seal pups swimming around and nibbling away on your flippers while you dive. Watch out for sea urchins there though, they really hurt if you stand on them. I am only suggesting this, not telling you to do it, but again, it is a lovely place!
Well the seals there go right up to your face then they kind off smile my dad said. Edit: Was the new video you posted about the seals in England inspired by my suggestion? If it is I will be shocked in a good way!
This is the best video of yours, amongst all the videos ..especially the part where you say, “while Tim hovers above, I decide to perform a little experiment. While this may look like sand, it is actually a deep layer of silt, silt is formed by the decomposition of leaves and other organic matter.” As soon as you said, organic matter word, it reminded me of organic chemistry as my mother is chemistry professor and I just recalled how she was always after me during examinations to learn my formulas and periodic tables 😃😔😎😒☺️
Jonathan, I’ve been subbed for a few years now and i absolutely love all of your vids! I think you deserve so many more views/subs, and i bet it’s hard to pay for all of your high quality equipment, considering you’re making an average of 1.5k views a video. I’ve realized that people love videos that involve danger, so maybe you could try being like the coyote Peterson of the ocean and do a vid once in a while that involves some kind of dangerous sea animal. This might boost your AVC and help your income. Anyway, love your vids and just want you to keep this channel afloat. Have a great day :)
Hahaha I don't know about that lot, I like the channel as it is. I don't really want to see Jon being stung and bitten by all kinds of nasty venomous aquatic animals
I really like the one with the greenland sharks. That's a good balance of "dangerous" yet safe at the same time right? Learned about something completely new too
I just love sea animals and the sea itself, My biggest wish is that one day I meet you and join you, you are my idol Jonnathon and I hope that you keep up the great work to inspire kids and to become their idol the same way you are to me ❤️❤️❤️ And by the way I hope that you have an amazing Merry Christmas this year 🎄❤️🎄
So good to see an episode in Andros. Was diving there on my gap year and it was outstanding! Only swam in the blue holes though, no scuba diving in them unfortunately :(
"Trained Divers can descend deeper than 130 feet. They do it all the time. However, diving deeper than 130 feet requires technical dive training, such as deep air, decompression procedures, and trimix courses. Never attempt to dive deeper than the recreational dive limits without specialized training". Feb 3, 2020.
The glow stick is a great idea. I wonder why can't be attached to the guide line? They would work like cats eyes in murky water! BTW, they're called STAlagtites, not staLAGtites!
Wo.oW That is a huge hole. Who would know that the beaches had holes and less that size. o.0??? Oh, I am the one with the problem or is he who is explaining it in a very strange way.
Hi, love this a little spooky mysterious cave water. As a Chinese, sorry to ask that layer is it called Hydrogen Sophie Layer? Lol. I know it didn’t spell right. Thank you. 💐
BlueWorldTV wow! Thanks a lot. Every episode got something new. Nope, UA-cam can’t play in China. But I would love to see your shows on Bilibili. The reason I’m watching UA-cam is because I’m in Africa. ☺️
Hello Jonathan, my name is Leandro Font, I am a diver and I love your videos I live in Canada but am originally from Cuba, is there an email where I can email you, if not I will understand. I just do not want to write in public about what I would like to offer you, thank you so much and have a great day, Cheers Leandro
Okay my bad I missed it. Still learning about the depths. Obviously you guys are the pros 😂 I’m trying to find footage of a Plura traverse if it even exists
Wow i wonder what lives in those holes and if the hydrogen sulfite near the surface alows any marine life to be possible there also since there seems to be no life there is the water oxygenated?
I would love a modern day Cousteau-like sea exploration series.Anything like that today? National Geo and Discovery docs have been Mickey Moused in the last couple of years, everything is measured in football fields and swimming pools and the patronizing tone assuming you are a moron is unavoidable.
I wonder how much time can you get out of that second air regulator especially when you static apnea for last minute threshold dependence? Thank you for knowing how that pressured moment might help us be emotional together? Thanks for mentioning usually something about the time separations with-in cave systems and stalagmites.... Even with murky water later after you enter too , you still kept motivated. Thanks. Completing the lab results and environment completement before we can consider cleaning out the caves for more tourist like divers who can support the transition potential? Is that funny and too much work involved, lol? Thank you for explaining and reporting what you thought of as hydrogen sulfide and that mucus that derived from the corall=lleaves. Good evaluation opportunity.
Sweat is for evaporation and cooling. Has nothing whatsoever to do with calories or losing 'fat' stores. This is my world! LOL! Grinning widely: The Tide goes out and the Tide comes back in...water is water not melted fat!
Leaving the markers in the deep water (which can be felt when light fails down) is sooooo thoughtful!!!!!
Man I just love this channel I can’t wait till I grow up to become a marine biologist and hopefully go scuba diving in the Bahamas, and just maybe I would have the pleasure of meeting you personally so that we can go scuba diving together ❤️❤️❤️

Great re upload!!!!!! I love Jonathan Birds Blue World videos!!!!!
Shmootz - Yes it is. This episode if from season 3 I believe.
Would you ever dive the blue hole in Dahab? Would make for an interesting episode on Blue World based on it’s history. Your definitely a good enough diver to dive it with the deep and cave dives you’ve done
Love your videos. Very educational and interesting. I just subscribed.
Cave diving really is something else
Hey Jonathan love your videos, love the energy. Keep diving in caves, I love it.
You're in luck...we are heading to Florida for some cave diving at the end of the month!

One of my all-time faves, awesome to see it back in HD! :D
This blue hole is particularly my fav

Tell me more about the seals!
Well the seals there go right up to your face then they kind off smile my dad said.

Congrats On Reaching The Enddd😊May God Keep blessing you
You should come do some more diving on Vancouver island 👌🏻
We want to get up there soon for the Fur seals.
Love your videos - great job Jonathan
The 2nd dive looks unreal :)
Yes, really really weird.
What a fascinating and inspiring video, love it ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
9:44 this is terrifying for some reason
Great video! Love to cave dive vicariously through you, cause I think that would freak me out.

I agree, just don't get too frisky. We want you to stay alive Jon!
Your Patreon should have more people donating too. Maybe up the rewards?
Hahaha I don't know about that lot, I like the channel as it is. I don't really want to see Jon being stung and bitten by all kinds of nasty venomous aquatic animals

oh man... I just got my open water license last August but after watching this I can't wait to get a cave diver license. ❤️
Spooky+cave= awesome.
I love your videos
Thanks!
Video is amazing
One of the better re-uploads i gotta say, especially with the silt was really cool when you put your arm in it!
Did you notice our improvement of the graphics?
I just love sea animals and the sea itself, My biggest wish is that one day I meet you and join you, you are my idol Jonnathon and I hope that you keep up the great work to inspire kids and to become their idol the same way you are to me ❤️❤️❤️
And by the way I hope that you have an amazing Merry Christmas this year 🎄❤️🎄
Thanks!! Merry Christmas to you!
BlueWorldTV no problem, and thanks a lot for replying you have just made my day ❤️
I agree!!! Totally spooky!!! All that murk, silt & H2S...

I wish I can dive at the Bahamas
Can you please try finding a frilled shark
Is this a reupload? I feel as if I remember this video... especially the whole color in the start and end of the dive...
Yes, this is an HD re-release.
Phineas starfish
claustrophobia!!!
See any luscas?
5:37 sounds like Swimming Pools by Kendrick is about to kick in!
The glow stick is a great idea. I wonder why can't be attached to the guide line? They would work like cats eyes in murky water! BTW, they're called STAlagtites, not staLAGtites!
The only channel I know I can watch with no stress and just relax to. I love aquariums and fish and this channel is perfect for me
Can you make a video on how you keep your mask from fogging up so well?
Are you using normal air going that deep?
Yes, very short dive and plenty of time to decompress.
What kind of fish where sminning in that blue pool
So, how do deep ocean fish survive the high pressure?
What Blueworld has only 200k I wish it like 1M+
It’s reaching there .. wait till the end of this year
😊
make a video about blue ringed octopus
Sketchy.
Thank you. 💐
Hydrogen sulfide. :-) Does China allow some UA-cam channels through its internet censorship?
BlueWorldTV wow! Thanks a lot. Every episode got something new.
Nope, UA-cam can’t play in China. But I would love to see your shows on Bilibili.
The reason I’m watching UA-cam is because I’m in Africa. ☺️
Bahamas Squad 242😊😊😊
Those look big
you should come to Egypt
150' with a single tank? Doesn't sound fun considering your bottom time and safety stops...
hey jonathan what abt the give away of the sharks teeth ??
We are working on how we are going to do that and will make a video about it shortly.
BlueWorldTV thanx
Wonderful, please dive in Indonesian ocean
Is this cave or cavern? 150ft on a single tank is really deep 😮
Yeah, in hindsight, it was not the best idea.
There is no amount of money that Jonathan could give me to go cave diving
Hello Jonathan, my name is Leandro Font, I am a diver and I love your videos I live in Canada but am originally from Cuba, is there an email where I can email you, if not I will understand. If you have that huge camera... why do you need camera man Tim?
I need someone to film me.
Lol XD
show behind the sence for this ep
So they didn’t have any decomp?? 150 ft?
Yes, we did.
Okay my bad I missed it. Still learning about the depths. Obviously you guys are the pros 😂
I’m trying to find footage of a Plura traverse if it even exists
yes first one
Wow i wonder what lives in those holes and if the hydrogen sulfite near the surface alows any marine life to be possible there also since there seems to be no life there is the water oxygenated?
How much is your book?
I would love a modern day Cousteau-like sea exploration series.Anything like that today? National Geo and Discovery docs have been Mickey Moused in the last couple of years, everything is measured in football fields and swimming pools and the patronizing tone assuming you are a moron is unavoidable.
We think Blue World is the modern Cousteau-like series.
Egypt has the best dive sites
Abdullah Mostafa no The Bahamas is better
CrazeRachel 101 all depends on the divers preference I believe 😊
Jonathan Bird has gone to Egypt .. check out his Red Sea adventures and also the pyramids adventure
I wonder how much time can you get out of that second air regulator especially when you static apnea for last minute threshold dependence?

Good evaluation opportunity.
My Aunt almost died cave diving....
10:22 so it's a mustard hole not a blue hole.
Blue holes are fed by springs. They aren't full of green water.
That's not technically true.
@@BlueWorldTV ,but literally it's green lol. Thanks for the response. Edit: or mustard colored.
10:22 😉
🤦🏻♂️
I am the 600 like 😂
Do you watch this video now and go what where we thinking
No, I wish I could go back and do it with proper cave gear now!
There are 5 of them , yellow metallic in color ......
Can you drink that water?
Probably not.
Sweat is for evaporation and cooling. Has nothing whatsoever to do with calories or losing 'fat' stores. This is my world! LOL!
Grinning widely: The Tide goes out and the Tide comes back in...water is water not melted fat!
A guy can dream.
Am I late?
Nope, But I think that I am
Mister Gamer15 lol
Please enter your name Here nope
Jonathan I hate to tell you but you are pronouncing Andros wrong, it’s pronounced AND-DROW-S
I’m a little late
Better late than never!! :-) Thanks for watching!
