Hi, I loved the video! Please I would like some help. Apparently my ZQ-II isn't responding very well, especially when I stop squeezing the trigger. The response is slow and the rotation is not good. What could be happening? Thanks.

I need help with my tufting gun. I hope I didn't ruin my machine 😢 my new cutpile scissors aren't opening and closing..and it stops inconsistently..sometimes the pile cutter is stuck out when it stops..sometimes it stops and it's in. This is very discouraging. I feel like I spend more time working on this machine than I do using it.
