As someone who's played 500 hours of tf2 I find the skill ceilings pretty similar, while all the classes' ceilings on Overwatch may not necessarily be aiming based, it's more gamesense and ultimate usage etc. (200 hours on Overwatch). They are two completely different games anyway, try not to compare their skill ceilings too much.
Also Bazza was playing as Huntsman sniper, which is projectile when he usually mains Soldier 76 which is hitscan, so it's understandable that he wouldn't be a pro huntsman.
