You should not have to apologize for using store-bought products! You do what you can do and none of us are perfect. I think you and your sister do an amazing job. If your followers have an issue with that, they should just go on their way.

Please don’t pay any attention to negative remarks. You amaze me in so many ways! What I love about your videos is your ability to also show the real side of life with so many beautiful children and so many responsibilities. Real life is not always perfect and though we realize it’s most likely the perfect video’s some other put out, are audited, cleaned before posting. It gives me the Barbie doll syndrome, not doable, makes me feel like a total failure! Thanks for being real! Love and hugs!

I find it very sad when people make negative comments about what other people have in their refrigerator, pantry, or freezer to feed their family. There is no way that those people eat everything made from scratch or only organic. It is honestly very rude, hypocritical and just plain mean. You are doing a fantastic job caring for your family so don't ever let anyone make you feel otherwise. You are an amazing mom! And congratulations on the births of your niece and nephew!

Glad to hear your sister is ok and has a healthy baby! You never need to explain why you have "store bought" dressings, bread, etc. etc. We come here because we love your channel and you! Oh man your sisters birth sounds just like all of mine. I feel for her. Mine all ended in cesarean sections, though I attempted 3 vbacs after my first c section. I found out later I have a pelvic deformity which explains why they could never descend into the birth canal!! But I'm so grateful for the doctors who could use their skills to help my babies be born!

Many blessings and healing thoughts & prayers for your sister! Long labors are so rough. My shortest labor was 18 hours with Pit. Longest was my second home birth, and baby came after 56+ hours of contractions. Women and birth are an absolute divinely powerful force! ❤ So, so happy to hear she and her baby are healthy, safe, and beautifully cared for! 🙏🏼 You're a wonderful sister with a lovely highly favored family! 😊

I made it to the fridge clean out and I’m already subscribing to your channel. I genuinely admire people like you who are real, down to earth and what I call normal. We cook most of our meals at home everyday from scratch but we do occasionally buy frozen pizzas and things like that. Yes having a large family is challenging I know imma mama and I speak from experience. I just wish people could understand how important it is to build each other up to encourage and to uplift each other rather than tearing down.

I’ve used cottage cheese in lasagna for years, personally I don’t think anyone would know the difference if you didn’t tell them 😉 I do use my mini food processor though and whir it up with an egg or two, depending on how much I’m making. Obviously the eggs give the cottage cheese more body when baked. If you want to guild the lily try adding a bit of very soft cream cheese, so good. By the way, you do you boo, no explanations necessary regarding how you choose to live, raise your children or organize your life ❤️

Hello, I always love watching your videos when I do. I’m so incredibly inspired by you. How you love and serve your family makes me want to be a better version of myself. Thanks for sharing as much as you do! If I could make one suggestion, I really don’t know much about video titles or anything, but I usually don’t click on your videos because of your titles and image text. I have no idea what your video will be about so I skip passed it and watch something im looking to be inspired by. Sometimes they sound dramatic or click baitey (which I try to avoid) and they never are! I’m just sharing because I’m wondering if it would be helpful. I think a lot more of moms who are looking for motherhood and homemaking inspiration would love your videos like I do! ❤

Ah!!! Love this video! So 1) I LOVE your kitchen!! I am so over all the white kitchens. And I love coming across your channel every time and seen the different ambience. It's just so refreshing and you do such a good job styling it and making it simple and easy to watch when you cook. 2) thank you so much for sharing part of your sister's birth. I have so much regret from my last birth with my last child. Planned for a homebirth, and had to have an emergency C-section at the hospital because I couldn't dilate and maybe got into distress. Just hearing the way you said it was a perfect God thing, reminded me of everything we said, after the birth of our last child. It was just a perfect card thing. And I just wanted to thank you for sharing that little part and letting GOD remind me of that- today! Have a wonderful day!!

You sure are an organized well thought out person to plan ahead to be able to help your sister. I cleaned out my fridge about a month ago. Hi Laura, you are preaching to the choir about things not going as planned when it comes to babies. I have planned five birth center or home birth births, and ended up with a grand total of ..one home birth. 😂 My first and last were C-sections and vbacs in between.
I will say C-sections are SO much harder to recover from and I treasure my home birth and vbac experiences. But in the end, we want a healthy baby and mom , and we have to believe all works out for the best, even if things don't go as planned.
Edited to say, shout out to all the amazing midwives, who are so knowledgeable and know when its time for a mama to head to hospital...or as my last midwife said, I'd only push next to an operating table, otherwise you need to be on it!

I prefer cottage cheese in lasagna!! That's how my Mom made it. So creamy. Thank you, Laura❤

My birth story with my son was similar. 33 hours, failure to progress, etc.

Just a little comment. I like my blueberries to stay intact so when I mix up batter I would add the blueberries last and only mix lightly with batter. Just one of my foibles

So happy for your sister! What a blessing! I enjoy watching your meals and cleaning and the touch ups you do to your home. My husband and I just painted and sealed our deck (boy was that a project). So glad it’s all done, now on to the next project! 😂
Where do you get your salsa? It has dates? I’d love to change up our taco dinners, I’m getting bored and need to spice things up a bit 😊
Thank you for a wonderful video! Have a nice weekend.
