I think Carly is about to regain everything plus more. Jason is not going to care that Nina is married to Sony or that she and Ava are friends. He is going to get the proof he needs and Valentine is going to have to choose Nina or himself. Nina is going away or she sign away everything Jason wants back to Carly.

A hotel leaving food outside a room and not telling the person waiting for the food, is horrible! The food will be cold and not worth the overpriced charges. Nina will run to Sonny and shows rumors and knows nothing about. Why not go tell him that she just had sex with Drew? Now that is something she knows.
Carly lives rent free in Nina's twisted mind. Once again Nina sees something completely innocent and twists it into something dirty. Just like when she saw TJ hugging Willow and said that they were having an affair when it couldn't have been further from the truth.
Where is Nina's professionalism? Not so much the barging into Drew's meeting, which isn't all that surprising, but the gleeful announcement that followed! In every recent interaction with Drew, Nina has tried to get him to badmouth and turn against Carly, but dropping this "bombshell did her no favors, and still" hasn't made that happen! However she feels about Carly, as a hotel owner, isn't she supposed to respect and protect her guests' privacy? On the subject of Jason wanting to buy back half of the Metrocourt from Nina, Diane forgot to mention The Invader as one of the things on Nina's plate, and someone, can't remember who, recently mentioned that Nina's finances were ovrextended! Carly may well accept from Jason, what she wouldn't take from anyone else!
Can Carly get with Cates and not Jason? I just want Jason focused on his sons and I don’t want Carly to fall back into Jason’s orbit. Let them stay dry and that will leave egg on Drew’s face. Even though it was Drew’s choice to go to jail for Carly.
I’m not a Carly fan. I have a tolerate/can’t stand relationship for her 😂, but Carly wasn’t the bad guy in this Nina mess. I don’t understand the fans of Nina’s then again they can’t understand the Carly fans but I will call out both characters. Nina lied about Sonny being alive, period! She kept him from his children and the younger ones were most affected because they are minors and needed their dad. Dante and Kristina was a little too damn forgiving. If Sonny never gotten his memory back Nina would have kept the secret about Sonny to herself. I can’t stand how Kristina is acting towards Carly I guess she forgot how Carly was attentive to her during the Kiefer situation. Carly has come a long way. Sonny married the woman who kept him from his family and let his baby daughter be around which is funny considering that Donna started to bond with Jason because she thought Sonny was dead. Sonny must have forgotten that. Michael had every right to feel what he did. Also, Nina is constantly in Carly’s face. Carly has been trying to stay out of Nina’s orbit yet Nina has to be all in Carly’s mix. Nina is actually how Carly use to be.

Same storyline different day. Carly is going ro fall for Jagger then hate him when the truth comes out that Jagger has evidence against her and used it to blackmail Jason into doing his bidding to bring down Pikemen which kept Jason away from her and her whining children for 2.5 years.
So Drew is going to blackmail Nina into giving Carly her hotel back because he will tell Sonny he banged her- And Jagger will lose any chance of having Carly because he used charges for her against Jason. Drew looks stupid now because he slept with Nina like Sonny did- so no going back there- Unreal. So stupid. First off- Dex should’ve been undercover day one. So should’ve Cody.
