Ultimus is awesome now with his rework. Max him out and you'll see. His diamond promotions are cheap and once he's maxed out 3 diamonds his damage is greater than a maxed out Apoc with 3 diamonds. I use Ultimus everyday in every game mode but raids. He's awesome.
