Hey friend sorry for the delay. The behavior I would expect to see from Putty would be that your typical Putty pre-connection window opens outside of ConEmu. Once you start your session, the connected session should appear as a new tab inside ConEmu. The Putty application will exist inside the ConEmu window. Did I not cover that well enough or are you trying to set up your start up config which is causing it to behave differently than expected
