Here is the lovely @corgi_official C47A sky train ‘night fright’ from the @nightfright521 restoration team to be eventually based at its historic MEMBURY home - its now up there with the best C47s and Daks in the collection (including that’s all brother). Looking forwards to seeing this in the air soon as it will be a real addition to Uk aviation scene. Not taking credit for- but I was pleased to put the team in contact with corgi quite a few years ago now (not that I would be taking the credit here 😂). C-47 what an aircraft. Every airborne soldier in WW2 knows this bird well...stand up, hook up and shuffle to the door. As always salute from a soldier.
