We just alike bc I truly don't know the wig terminology. I was with you ✊🏽. I was in the army, went to war, served my time. I suffer from PTSD and I know I suffer from seasonal depression. Winter season seems to take all my energy and with the weather changing here in Texas, I've been monitoring and trying to get a handle on it. I'm doing good so far but mornings are becoming to be a dread to get up like I have been doing so I'm not beating myself up if I have to workout later in the day and my days just starting later. I appreciate this video and just keep going.

Oh Crystal sometimes we feel down, unfortunately life happens, and I love that saying, and I get it, cause at 62, when life allows the bottom to fall from under you, girl it ain't easy, therapy definitely helps and then I had to make some changes it was scary watching you help therapy help prayer help so yeah, let's make sure our good days out weigh our bad days, and even in your down days you're still an inspiration.
