- NVDA has been one of the hottest large-cap stocks of the past year but gave signs on Friday that it may have made its top. That could lead to weakness in the overall market. This week, I discuss the potential for a crash in NVDA and the broader market, provide my analysis of the overall market, and look at the trade of the week on MEDS.

No bubble in NVDA. The dip will be bought. They can take it lower, however, it will not last imho.
Amen! I have been watching so many videos that explain that a correction was expected, but there have been many stocks that grew much faster and provided greater gains and were much "crazier".
Largest 1 Year Gain stocks were TSLA +1004%, AMD +637%, AMZN +270%, ZM +760%, NFLX +486%.
NVDA Largest 1 Year Gain? Wait for it...+311%
Doesn’t matter if the “dip is bought”. That doesn’t affect the stock price.
What does affect the stock price is Market makers like Citadel who can control the order flow and send it right thru their darkpools..Regular working class people buying the dip doesn’t have any effect. If Michael Burry and Elon Musk both came out the closet and said “Sell Nvidia” then it would go to the ground.
It’s all fun and games till your call options get raw dogged by Cathy Woods saying she’s selling.
NVDA is having a regular pullback for profit taking and I believe will resume higher to that 1000$ number and then pull backto the ranges you noted at about 750$. So far nothing has changed for NVDA and they are still the leaders in the AI space. They should continue to make $$ unless the supply chain cant support it. Long term play for me and cant wait ti buy more on those pull backs. Appreciate your reviews and chart techs you show us.

My take on the pull back was for profit takers and shake out of the average traders like myself by the big institutions. It is in an effort to buy back. My play on this is to wait move up and enter buys in small portions. She will rise fast.

I find the upward trendline often flattens out but keeps going up so the initial trendline is broken but I look at the recent previous low/pullback and make sure it hasn't broken that along with having a lower high.

All the smart money they know this is the best money making company in the world right now and it will be for sometime....bubble talk aside it's all about the forward PE. This is still cheap. Some profit taking but it will reverse to upside again. Who knows, knows.

While it seems unrealistic now for bears calling for these low prices, you have to take into account that we are assuming today's sentiment of extreme greed and over bullishness to be prevalent at $650.
When NVDA corrects a decent amount at some point you have to assume it will drag the whole market down with it like it did on Friday, so now you get a scenario when sentiment shifts and panic starts entering the market the bear/bull ratio goes positive and a free fall is triggered. This is the point you have to think from, whether the entire market is going to scoop a stock up at x price.
For a reference look at Bitcoin last bull run, it went from 9k to 69k in a short space of time, the market was frothy and the sentiment was the exact same, BTC can never go bellow 60/52/48k because literally everyone would buy it up and institutions will pour millions of dollars in.
Then end of 2021 stocks crashed, BTC crashed, there were some relief rallies but the media were calling for the end of the world for markets and price fell all the way back down to 17k because everyone was too scared to try and catch the falling knife.
get ready for that 4 to 1 split.

Seriously. If you are worried about nvda and aren't already in the trade, then wait. That's the play. Wait for it to show clear signs to the up trend around 25%+ to the bottom. After that. Pay attention. If it keeps going down. Get out. It's within range to continue its trend. If it holds its low then keep firm and pull your play. If you don't have enough time. Skill issue.
