Prosecutors were worried that their tests of Curley's hair could be ruled inadmissible because there could have been cross contamination from water that had seeped into the casket and the fact that the particular test they used had only been applied to one other case prior to his wife's trial. So they offered the plea deal rather than risk losing the case altogether.

They keep calling thallium a chemical, but thallium is not a chemical, it is an element. An element is something that cannot be broken down any further than the basic atomic configuration, (a molecule). Therefore oxygen is an element but H2O (water) is a chemical. Yes water is a chemical folks, that's why it does so many things like hydrating the body, cleaning, helping plants to grow, and a zillion other things. All those things break the molecule down into it's components that are used for different things. For instance a plant uses the hydrogen but doesn't need the oxygen so it gives it off through its leaves. This makes it possible for us to live since we need the oxygen. That is why they keep saying a planet cannot support complex life without water. Ok, so I ran on, but chemistry is so fascinating...

He wasn’t a loved one. That’s how she rationalized murder. What we dish out to life we get back in spades. A friend who has Parkinson’s disease for LIFE, with many years of suffering, found out through a dream or vision of sorts why he got Parkinson’s. (In my spiritual path, Eckankar, these revelations can be common). So, my friend was shown that in a recent lifetime he tortured a person from a rival tribe, to death. So years of suffering w/ Parkinson’s was the karma or price to pay for his horrific mistreatment of another soul.
And so it is. Most of us are stupid and believe there is no accountability for our thoughts, words, actions or emotions that harm others.
      Like this murderess.
