Do you know how to remove the "more payment options" ? It's causing issues at the moment. People can checkout without paying for the 'extra charges' they have clicked. Thank you
Shopify used to allow removing the Express checkout on the first page of checkout, but after testing it, this is no longer possible to remove it on the 1st page of checkout. However you can remove it by going back to the Shopify admin click on Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments > Manage, then deactivate it the payment methods e.g. Shop Pay, and etc. I believe it would be advantageous to leave these options in to give buyers the additional options to use.
There is an app that can do it. It hides the paypal / G pay / apple pay checkout buttons in Information page. And then lets the customer pay via paypal / shopify payments in the Paymwnt page at the end. But, it hides the checkout buttons only for first visit of the customer. When the customer returns later for another purchase, these checkout buttons re-appear at information page. I am in contact with the app developer inorder to hide these buttons even for returning customer. We are hopeful that this would be done soon, In Sha Allah.

I'm not familiar with Debutify. Try accessing a file the cart.liquid file if it exists then search for dynamic or express and see if you can find the line of code. If Debutify is a free theme I can take a closer look
Everyone has their own reasons to not bypass the cart page especially if they are using an all that requires additional information that can only put the info on the cart page.

it's not working in my dawn theme latest version 8.0.0
This tutorial was applied to Dawn version 8.0.0 so it should work for your version too.
