Thank you so much for creating these contents. I just recently took over a "dying" coffee shop in my area which have a lot of potential. I started thinking of ways to cut cost but at the same time retain the quality or maybe improve the products while doing so. I had a conversation with one of the Manager baristas from another coffee shop about making my own syrups to cut cost and he just simply laugh at the idea. I stand up for what I believe in and made my own regular sugar syrupt and vanilla syrupts. Im glad I did and thats when I found your channel. I started following your recipes and also tried to innovate on my own. One of the things im very proud of is using a vanilla ice mix(for soft serve ice cream) as a base for frappes. Classic vanilla powders are very expensive which pushes my food cost to more than 35%. This way I am able to cut cost and still maintain the taste and quality of my frappe. I have not tried using the condense milk syrupt but I will soon!

Hot espresso on cold milk. Sort of like a dirty coffee. Will be featuring both these drinks on this channel soon!

This comparison doesnt really say much in terms of comparison. Ive tried different brands including highend ones but nothing beats homemade vanilla syrup. A proper ratio between sugar and water is important and most of all the type of vanilla beans used. there are different types and grades of vanilla beans, so i wouldnt really discount homemade vanilla syrup because of this video.
