Some advice I can give to prevent any more owl visits is to stick a pole into the duck enclosure and on top put one of those fake owl statues. It’ll make the owls think that this area (PC Farm) is the territory of the fake owl.

I think you should get a no host or pony because horses end up getting lonely and they usually have to have a no hole so part of the whole family companion for them

You should culture your own black worms, they do not need much at all, and little care honestly. It's much cheaper, and you will always have them. Just buy a really good serving of them and dump in small tank like 3 gallon or q gallon, with some gravel or sand, air stone with a pre filter sponge over the stone and feed them some fish food
Pink belly side neck turtles are my absolute favorite turtles in the world. Mine live with a southern painted turtle, so you should definitely get some southern painted.
