I pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit to give us the courage to Proclaim the Truth in the face of the persecution and hatred that we face every day for our beliefs. And it's getting worse ( no question about that ). Thank you, Father Son, and Holy Spirit for Your Grace and Your Love. We love You and will follow You where ever you lead! Thank you Peter, you and RM are beautiful ! At the time of the second arrest it says those who were sent " took them gently", because they were afraid the people would stone them (ie the guards ). I am a peaceful man mostly, but I'd like to go around and shake the hands of those people 🤗 ! Interesting the author took note.

I always feel like there’s something I can learn from the early disciples of Jesus and how they grew the Church. One advantage they had was the very recent evidence of Jesus’s death and resurrection (which of course many doubted at the time). Today there seems less talk of who Jesus is and more talk about the political positions of the Church. This is really a shame because it prevents people from knowing and loving Jesus, who in turn, is the only One who can help us sinners (all of us) see the truth of those “political positions” (abortion, marriage, identity, etc.). Come Holy Spirit to give us courage to evangelise in this current age!🙏
