I agree, the prices of apartments can be pricy so hang on to that one for now.

Is this a studio apartment? a "1 bedroom" apartment is when you have a separate room for the bedroom from the living space & kitchen.
You will probably make a better arrangement of furniture better once you live in it for a while, Kitchen & bathroom sink in the bathroom...little bizarre...

In Europe, they mostly call studios a 1 bedroom. Agree about the kitchen sink but shoot for 500 i might make an exception lol ... 👀
