No regrets
Shuichi's dealing with the grief loss and betrayal of his partner in -solving- crime being guilty of murder and subsequently dying via Piano meanwhile Miu and Kokichi think the execution music is straight fire

The girl in the first part is Kaede, the depressed boy over there is Shuichi, that other girl singing CPR is Miu (you’ll get why she sang that once you know her personality), the dude singing Reese’s Puffs is Kokichi.
They’re all from a game called Danganronpa V3 and it’s basically Murder Mystery
He’s also crying because the first girl is about to get executed.
