I immediately prick my ears up when I hear bifidobacteria and migrain in the same mouthful. 🧐
The histamine subject in relation to the bowel is something I didn't& don't know about thanks. My mind automatically goes to the possibility of Overgrowth of Candida. I'm about to learn more about its relation to SIBO and IBS 🙏🏽

I've been having a reaction to the SIBO yogurt. It was doing a lot of healing at first but now I have headache, rash, and heart palpitations from anxiety. I found your video and had no idea that you had the answers for me. Thank you so much for this podcast.

Happy to say I don’t have this problem. I eat 100 ml of yogurt bid . It is a combination of L.G? L.R and Digestive Health. Been doing this since you first talked about it. With out trying I have dropped 30 lbs also. I am back to my college grad weight. At 78 I listen to you ALL the time. Made some of that concoction last night… I always keep 2weeks worth. You have given me a second life of HEALTH…. Thank you so much

i had overgrowth of akkramasnsia and leaky gut! my leaky gut improved as my akkramansia decreased to a average level. Akkramansia actually feed on the mucus membrane of the intestine and is not always a good thing.

Are the peelings on even organic apples toxic from whatever is put on them for commercial storage and shipment?

I never make scrap apple cider from store bought apples, even if it says organic.. Home grown, unsprayed are best, when they're in season (they ripen last month of summer through all of autumn generally) 😊

Are HMO’s and colostrum the same thing? I’ve been taking colostrum and wondered if I should continue while using l.reuteri yogurt , kifir and/or kombucha.

No mixing of L reuteri and L gasseri now? What’s the best way to take them if not together with kéfir and red phoenal powder?
