No, not necessarily
As the long as the candle (bearish example) closes below the opening and close of the prior candle it’s fine

This concept is currently playing out on GBPCAD's daily timeframe.
Price just traded out of a key level (FVG) and is likely heading for the equal highs at 1.72400.
There's a 4 hour (FVG) currently forming at the 25% quadrant of the previous daily candle which also swept liquidity and engulfed the candle before it.
Wait for price to retrace to the 4hr fvg at the 25% fib level and look for entries targeting the highs.
easy 1:2, 1:3.

Fib only goes on the engulfing bar to determine reference points inside of it

Omar do you have a fixed strategy for trading or do you just come to the chart and do analysis and follow the smc price action and wait for opportunity. Because m confused m learning ict 22 mentorahip and primer course do i need a fixed strategy or jus price action???
Combination of both
I personally think having a fixed system in the beginning and then slowly adding more discretion is the best way to go about it
But every trader should have a philosophy around trading to follow

Hmmm... this can actually help me. About the same as CISD. I have a ready to go strategy wich implements how the market actually moves, like yours. This can help me frame from a higher TF where I can start looking for my entry.

If every bar enters the market the same way you do, there is basically no way to trade it, right? Wait for a few years to trade it, right?
Go on the 4hr and you’ll find more setups
Increase your watchlist to have multiple pairs if you’re keen on watching the weekly and daily to identify good ones
Simple
No need to see other videos hence is very clear ...in fact if anyone has ever read bank reports they often speak about this analysis so it is not a retail trading strategy
