Herbert, I don’t think your mic is bad, I think your sound settings had you using a different mic. Either the one on the camera or the built in one on the computer. I’ve had that happen to me, the audio input got switched on me.

Shouldn't we start a class action law suit against that Delaware judge? A lot of people lost a lot of money these few months because of her politically biased ruling.

You just can’t file a class action lawsuit. So please do your homework, as judges cannot be sued unless you can show number 1) that you have been harmed, and not just in a material way, you must show that the judge was biased toward you personally, that he/she intentionally violated the law, which you are never going to be able to prove even if it was true, and number 2) you have standing, which you do not because you’re already talking about a class action lawsuit, and so how does a lawsuit become a class? Who judges the case, and decides that it’s a class?
So remember, judges don’t just become judges, because they want to, as by time you get to be a judge, you have considerable knowledge, and skills, and experience in adjudicating cases.
So the bottom line is consult with an attorney, a competent one, because there’s a lot of good talkers out there who got through law school because they were good test takers.🤣🤣🤣

This judge has complete immunity for what she has done here, regardless of the conditions you set out above. See Bradley v. Fisher (1872). "The Court held that judges are immune from civil liability for acts performed in their judicial capacity, even if the actions are alleged to be done maliciously or corruptly."
Also, your logic is circular. How could a judicial candidate have considerable experience in adjudicating, when they aren't yet a judge? They could have experience in the noun adjudication, not the verb adjudicating.

Larry is right, a lot people should not be Tesla investors. Tesla made about $10 billion net profit last year on about a $500 billion shareholder valuation. That's a 2% return. If you invested in an S&P fund or Berkshire long term you would get about 10%. What investors in Tesla have to understand is they become venture capitalists when they become a Tesla investor. Elon has said that Tesla is about half a dozen start ups. Investing in start ups is a wild ride - not everything works out. About 90% of start ups fail so as a venture capitalist you really are investing in the determination of the CEO to see a revolutionary new product through. If everything works out you probably get a 10X return and so the trick is to make 2 out of your 10 ventures successful. Elon has a great track record but the question is can he do it again and are you mentally healthy enough to accept the loss if he fails.

Congrats to Elon and Tesla the company on the vote to reward Elon for a pay package of 2018. I know why I have been so tired the last months. For the first time I got good sleep. I hope that Judge McCormick is now having sleepless nights. What comes around goes around. At the end the rule of law wins. This is America and we should keep it that way.

Herbert; has anyone thought of using FSD for drones? Seems like this could be a huge opportunity for Tesla’s FSD. Might even be safer right now as air traffic and pedestrian traffic…lol…is much less in the open air. FSD or full self flying (FSF)-FEDEx.

I am a Italian listener and Tesla shareholder. I own tesla share in 4 European broker and Bank, but nobody tolds me how I can vote and also nobody give me assitence for voting. So I could not vote.
Of course I agree with Musk and my vould have been "YES".
I moved from a UK broker (Hargreaves Lansdown) to an EU broker (DEGIRO), in order to vote.
DEGIRO is based mainly in the Netherlands, so it should be easy to transfer to them. You do have to keep asking…

Elon Musk rocks, Tesla, X, XAI, Starlink, Space X, they all rock. One of this days the flood gates of money will open swiping away all uncertainties, and taking tesla to dizzying heights. One 2 or 3 years or even more, it will just happen, the only question is when. We are very lucky that we can get Tesla for a fraction of its value today. It is going to be bumpy, but nothing comes easy. Elon is a Rock Star, a genius, the Midas man like no others. We needn't to question him, just follow him and he will show us the road to his Fort Knox. So like Space X space men, just tighten our seat belts. But thinking aloud, I think Elon has a dream of one day somehow regrouping all its excellent co. in to a super galactic X that will tower over all the other micky mouse Co in comparison.
We need visionaries like @elon to lead our country instead of this bozos we have now!

The $2.3B cost for the shares was absorbed back when comp pkg was put in place back in 2018. There will be no dilution bc of his pkg, unless it has to be redone. Still up to the judges decision.
Additionally, negotiating a new package would cost shareholders an additional $25B. Ouch.

Not good decisions made by her…..very negatively viewed by foreign investors! Her time would be better spent removing obsolete regulations which effect negatively to retail investors (we now have the internet and have proven our ability to organize and make fair decisions stand. Perhaps it’s time to look at insuring institutions toe the line so all investors have first hand control of their voting rights. (It should not be used as an educational-where they can charge higher fees, but rather a requirement of getting licensed to trade.

I had to pay my bank here in Germany > 10$ to get a letter confirming that I hold shares. And than, I had to contact Tesla‘s Investor relations to obtain the proxy voting card. All that was done last minute! A lot of hassle due to a shity organization by Tesla.
That was your bank, not Tesla. Tesla makes it very easy and smooth.

The compensation case will remain in Delaware. The judge told Tesla this and Tesla agreed. They both agree this is what the law says.
