Use a dishwasher tablet instead on a 90° instead - cheaper and does just the same if not better job. Not sure why you decided to do a 60° instead of a 90° as that will make a hell of a difference. Also not sure why didn't just take the drawer out of the machine and washed it in the sink, because the cavity is most likely full of mould as well. To keep this machine clean in the future, avoid using liquid detergents and stick to a good quality powder detergent. Good video but seemed like a bit of a rushed and poor attempt if I am being honest. Please do regular boilwashes!
@@mrfanman9209 No problem! If possible do a part 2 of running the machine on a Cotton 90° with 1 dishwasher tablet in the drum (You can always timelapse it or show sections of the wash) - dishwasher tablets I find are great for blasting crap out of machines, you would be suprised how many people use them for cleaning washing machines! If you find any mould, grab a paper towel and soak the paper towel in bleach, then lay it on the area covered in mould, and leave it for at least an hour, then a gentle scrub/wipe then the mould will be gone! Also to prevent mould leave the door ajar after each wash. Avoid liquid detergent as mentioned above, liquid detergents are full of animal fats which cling to the side of the tub and heater, collecting dirt, this alongside cold washes will stick to the drum spider and will start eating the aluminium alloy, causing spider failure. If you follow these steps you'll hopefully of restored this machine and keep it clean for the rest of its life! Lovely machine by the way, don't see many of these kicking around anymore.
Can you do a review of this machine
