Chicken liver:1kg
Onion:3medium (250g)
Tomatoes:6-7medium (500g)
Ginger garlic paste:1tbsp
Oil:1cup
Chilli flakes:1tsp
Red chilli powder:1tsp
Salt:to taste
Turmeric:1pinch
Green chillies:3-4(paste)
Jalapeño:4-5
Fresh coriander:3-4tbsp
Hot spice mix powder: 1/2tsp
Julienne cut ginger: for garnish

چکن کی کلیجی: ایک کلو
پیاز: تین عدد درمیانے سائز کے(250گرام)
ٹماٹر: چھ سے سات عدد درمیانے سائز کے(500گرام)
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
تیل: ایک کپ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
ہلدی: ایک چٹکی
باریک والی ہری مرچ: تین سے چار عدد
موٹی والی ہری مرچ: چار سے پانچ عدد
تازہ ہرا دھنیا: تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچ
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر: آدھا چائے کا چمچ
جولیئن کٹ ادرک: گارنشنگ کے لئے
