Guys please don't do this!!. It literally breaks your headset. It REFUSES to go on the way it came off and the foam afterwards does not sit right. It was made precisely with a machine and not meant to be taken apart by a person.

you probably have two left hands ? Just buy new replacement ear pads and replace.

I just removed the pads foam and plastic and put it all together perfectly​@@TechscrewDIY
