Amazing work Marco! Honda actually made a cubby that slotted in that location the same way, but it's just a square box. That's what my acty van has, its fine but drinks tend to move around a bit, having actual shaped holders is a hell of an upgrade! Kudos!

I just ran into your channel today and have a keen interest in acquiring a mini truck, I am well aware of Honda durability but am thinking cost with and the recent price increases so maybe a Suzuki Carry. I need max 4wheel capability here in WV. Drive train lock and rear locker.
I am very impressed with your ingenuity and skill. I watched all your mini vids today. Can't wait to apply what I learned today.

Hi Darryl, thanks for the kind words. I also had the same decision when I was looking for a Kei truck. Here are the pros and cons of the ACTY vs the Carry. The Carry is body on frame, so instead of lifting the suspension you can lift the body. This allows for a lift without the extra strain on cv joints and axles. The Carry front suspension is also more conventional and it has easier camber adjustment after a lift. The Carry is 2wd until you engage 4x4. Carry has a 4 speed trans and the engine is under the seats in the cabin. The ACTY is more streetable. Engine is mid-engine under the bed, bet is slightly longer, it is full time AWD, much like a Subaru. 5 speed transmission. It’s also a little more refined. So here is my suggestion: if you’re looking for a more rugged off road work horse go for the Carry. If you are looking for a more streetable vehicle worth better road manners then go for the ACTY. Having said that both are great options and great fun…good luck
Marco thanks for the time you have invested in your response to me but more so I'm very much like you and constantly play with my BMWs, 4 Runner and my MGA but now that I have retired to the WV mountains I need the capability to traverse dirt roads. My '02 Honda Foreman Rubicon is absolutely bullet proof and that has led me to this decision between the ACTY Vs Carry. If I could find an Acty Attack fir a competive price it would be my 1st Choice
Now you need a Zojirushi mug to have something JDM in the cup holders!
So wait that 3d print you have in your description for the cup holders is all we need but we need to drill in the holes?
I didn’t add mounting holes because they might be different for an Acty with air-conditioning versus an active without air conditioning. This way you can drill the holes accordingly.

If they are self tappers you don’t need to drill holes..
How is that flocking holding up? It isn't meant for surfaces that get touched or rubbed, so I am curious how it is now.
The flocking has held up perfectly. I only have it on the center console, door cards and headliner, but have had no issues. After you do it, you will notice a few days of excess material coming off, but that is just material that did not get any glue, this is normal. You just need to vacuum it really well after you’re done.
Great job Marco! I have been watching your build since the beginning. I have a 92 myself, built for ice fishing on Mattracks. The thingiverse link to download the cup holder files has an error. Is there another way to share the files?

In all honesty, this thing took almost a full week to print on my Ender 3 V2. I would have to charge $500 to make it worth my time. You can by an Ender 3 printer for a little under $300, so it just doesn't make sense. I will however post the STL file on Thingiverse.com. I will add the link here once it's uploaded. Stay tuned...

I have an Ender 3 so for me the best way is how it sits in the truck with the cup holders facing up
