I literally just made this with 2 rolls of crescent. I like this recipe better because you used the same amount of cream cheese filling but used only one crescent roll can! I’ll use your version next time! Thanks!
Oh my heavens...I just ran to the store to get original crescent rolls, I had buttery ones (which I’m sure would have worked) and currently in the oven. No measurements just kinda winged it til it looked and smelt great. Can’t wait to try
This is so yummy. When I make it, I bake the bottom layer first for 8 minutes, then add the other layers. I don’t like the texture of ‘raw’ crescent roll. Looks delicious!

I do that and another way where I add in the middle ground beef, onions, minced garlic and shredded cheese.
I do a taco version, a chicken bacon ranch version, and a chicken broccoli alfredo version. They are yummy and the kids love them.

I used a similar recipe that use a roll of cinnamon rolls (cut in half) for the top and bottom. Turned out very good!
