My RE Ranger (Edge Frame) glasses are superb. The frame doesn't obstruct your vision at all so you get an all round view of the targets with no issues at all. And the clarity of the lenses is right up there with the very best.

Explained hit point and why… Explained hold point and why… Explained where to set your eyes and why. Additional tip on ensuring body rotation and not moving arms. Glasses are personal thing maximising vision with actual shooting glasses and correct hat all play a part. 1 of 4 targets missed and included intentionally to show what could go wrong. Keep going.

I got Wiley X rounded glasses. The peripheral vision is awesome! I got mine in a prescription because it's blurry for me otherwise.

Very interesting on clays, us game shooters don’t have that luxury!

I thought this video was how to hit a quartering clay not a demonstration of expensive shooting glasses.

Some great techniques shown in this video. The neg comments which I pre read make very little sense.

@@kelvynbettridge and what technique would that be ? Saying kill point and hold point isn’t a technique. Can you tell me what technique what was used or what technique should be used ? It’s poorly explained and not even executed well either. This is just an advertisement for shooting glasses, which he probably stocks. No true intent to help someone’s shooting game at all, merely click bait to entice you to buy product.

Absolutely no instruction of how to hit quartering targets. No method mentioned, and half of the targets missed. First half of the video was an advertisement selling glasses. The title of the video very misleading

Usual messy confusing stuff. 'I look there...' Where? About time he worked out what he was going to say before he says it, i.e. a script?

I agree that the videos can be variable in quality but I think it a little unfair to concentrate on the number of clays broken when he’s only trying to demonstrate how it should be done or even demonstrating common mistakes. I’ve been shooting for decades but I don’t recall seeing an instructor asking someone to rest the gun on the back of their hand to highlight an error but he did and Alex hit the next clay - I thought that was a rather useful way of getting the point across. Perhaps these videos are rather better when they’re both involved and David concentrates on the role of instructor/coach rather than sole presenter. I watch a lot of the YT contributors and their “watchability” has varied over time - some who were a must watch seem to have been overcome by their new found celebrity and stardom while others keep the topic or the gun they’re reviewing the star of the show. I think TSC are getting better over time but I’d echo the call for proper shotcam type footage so that the flight of clays is always visible to the viewer. Anyway, I liked the video.
