Afrikan Traveller, Thank you for sharing this fabulous video, I really appreciate it. Again, thank you for shading a positive light about Kenya, let the international community know that Kenya is not only about poverty and the derelict areas of Kibera, which really pisses me off especially when watching TV news about Africa in the "western civilized world". Thankfully I am exposed enough to know that this is NOT the case. Keep up the good work. Asante Sana.
Thanks again Afrikan Traveller for showcasing Kenya and it's beauty and economic potential. If possible get in touch with various County Governments' departments of Tourism and Commerce and see if they can sponsor your trips to show their Counties for Tourism and Investment especially for us Kenyans in Diaspora .Lamu fertile land can produce enough food(specifically Fruits) for both Domestic and Export especially to the Middle East due to the closeness of Lamu to the Middle East.
This you totally 💯 blew outside the park !! This is gorgeous! The aerial views, combined with the walk through and the 360 Camera view , 🔥 🔥 🔥 the guy doing the editing !! Why lie ! He is on creativity steroids !! Well consistency and hard work is key . I must say no one does the drone shots superbly like you do !!! Great 👍🏾 job ! The Lamu one ☝🏾 was great 😊 too ! I’m catching up on watching them ! Cheers 🥂… greetings Stateside 🇺🇸
All is missing is someone to build an 18 hole golf course…. They should offer more water sports like jet skis, and even surf boards and kite sailing. Horse back riding in the dunes has to be a thing..
@@ast0nv8 Mini golf is also a waste of resources. In this century and you're still thinking about such backward and retrogressive ways of active living?Archaic thinking not required!
Oh good Lord, no. Not in Lamu. The dunes are a water source. That other stuff is available in Malindi, Diani, and Mombasa. Lamu, Pate is for a different sort of chilling. Kayaking, yes.
Hey AT... Thanks for showcasing lamu, paradise!!! Kenyans need to go to lamu more....super safe and people are friendly + the culture. Say hi to Stefano next time at majlis, awesome guy. Keep up the good work.
Love your videos..just one single detail i would love to see more in your videos , sometimes when you're talking about a certain detail your camera guy doesn't focus on it so we don't really see what you're trying to show. If he could focus a little bit more on the house than the people that would be awesome..otherwise great stuff
Hope you will visit the Banana house and wellness center in Shela. Junior suites in most hotels don't have a separate living area....it's kinda all in the same space as the bedroom. The colorful seats are beautiful!
Thanks much AT for yet another outstanding video! Great resort - the attention to detail and decor is amazing! Cecilia was enthusiastic about her services... Refreshing. Enjoyed the tour. Keep them coming bro.

as a student in the hospitality sector i would say that most hotels, in coast especially need to be brought down in terms of rating. they don,t even come close to qualifying for 4 or 5 stars. most of them should be reviewed and given 3stars which is the category most lie. for instance, this one can't be 5 stars and staff lack official dress codes.
wow who cares 0...2.....5 or 10 stars who gives the rankings a muzungu or an african ....as long as you enjoy yourself (dress code does not serve you )

Lamu archipelago is made of 52 islands, some a small and inhabited and not THREE ISLAND as you said in the video. Please do researches before posting your videos. Creating contents need patience and expertise in researching.
I'm sorry, that's not my idea of a nice hotel. There is no natural light in the rooms!! The rooms are so dreary and dark. The windows should go from ceiling to floor. The whole place needs to be remodeled. It should look like an island retreat!! It looks depressing!!
The videography on this channel has improved tremendously in the past months!
Thank you for appreciating, we have really invested to get the quality up.
Lamu in my bucket list. Such a lovely place and I love the fact that there are no cars.Less pollution
