Such a bummer the cannons got nerfed. I used to love this thing way back before it got moved up to 8.3 and before the cannon nerf. It was capable in good hands. The Banshee should just go to 7.7
Not only did the cannons get nerfed, but an/m3's HE shell is now bugged and does barely any dmg.
I remember when it first came out one of the better jets sure it turns tough but it could hit hard but then it got up tier and nerfed

It does less damage than 50 cals now its so dumb
I tried playing the Banshee yesterday and only played 3 games. 2 were uptiered to 8.7 and the last game was a complete 7.0 downtier. In both uptier games, I died without getting a kill, but in the last game I played, I got 4 kills and only died since I lost tail control by some lucky shot. I think it should return to 7.7 again.
Used to be 8.0, even went to 8.3. Finally went back down to 8.0.

I can’t believe that it was just barely below the A-4E, which is plenty better, and was the Same as the F9F-8, which is better in basically every way.
I am really enjoying this ingame raw gameplay with commentary 👌. American tech tree is next for me to grind 💪. Keep up the good content 👌
The cannons being like that make no sense, since the Hispanos on the Meteor have even less explosive mass and do far more damage. It has to be a bug.

I just hope that Gaijin is going to stabilize their servers. In the last 2 weeks it seems that I loose connexion every time I use a large booster 😩 This game is getting more frustrating….

man im astonished at the amount of full commit head ons happening against 262 A1as in aircraft like the Su-9 and 11 they threw their planes away for no reason
I got Su-11 for test drive and in comparison to Banshee it's so cumbersome that I absolutely hated every minute of flying it.
Were you the guy I was in a match with last night that got the Su-11 test drive for 750 warbonds?

They need to buff the M3 20mm cannons. This is simply absurd. That Me-262-C took over 20-30 shells which is just insane.
Idk, they shred at lower BRs. Maybe at 8.0 it starts to suffer.
@@reinyfrost3753 The AN/M3's HE got nerfed in the drone age update, they still work... sometimes, they are not nearly as consistent as they were. They deal most of the time no shrapnel anymore, similar to the vulcan etc. Similary to the vulcan, the AP rounds are now what does the main bulk of the damage.
@@Wotplaya4 Ah ok. I still think the guns do well despite their nerf. The AP rounds also got reduced peneration (From 38mm to 36mm).

@@bananomet4052 aim9ls are easily flared if you know what your doing, in a head on any flares will trick the aim9l and from behind as long as you flare with afterburner off aim9ls will also be tricked, well unless you get that odd missile that doest care about flares but they're pretty rare, well at least that is my experience after playing a couple hundred matchdx with the A10 at 10.0, the SU25 has the exact same pros but can actually reach 900kmh but is 9.7, regardless I was just messing around with you in my original comment.
@@aflyingcowboy31 They used to be easily flared. Now you have to dump half your flare load, turn the engine off 3 business weeks prior and pray to the ghost and the holy spirit.

The problem with your argument about the Su-11 is that no one is playing it correctly. They use it as a turn fighter or a ground pounder. Which result in them dying quickly and not getting much results.
What's the correct way of playing Su-11?

Im playing this plane at 7.3 now and honestly i cant find a single good thing about it apart from the guns. Out-turned by 262s, slower than almost anything. It has good acceleration and decent climb rate. But if someone gets on your back you are DONE.
yeah i started playing it too after the br decrease and its an absolute waste of time.

Bro i have a suggestion pls listen, the american premium F-89B jet with afterburners got downtiered to 7.0, pls make a video on it and comparing it with su-11.
On stats it seems it is even more OP/P2W than Su-11. It has got better speed, better gun, better climb rate, afterburners, a lot of ammo compared to Su-11.
Su11 is faster than the F89B and has much better energy retention. Either way, both need to go up in BR. Broken ass game.

Su-11 top speed = 940 km/h
F-89B top speed = 1011 km/h
@@zzz6730 Statcards are inaccurate
the su-11 accelerate faster turn better and lose less energy in horizontal turns. The f89 has better guns more ammo a little better top speed and have better vertical and straight line energy retention but it's struggles to turn at low and high speeds. The f89 is technically better but the su-11 can handle engagements alot easier.

Of course you're doing better than any1 else in your team coz you didn't have 'pilot black out' not even once. If I did one of your high gravity pulls in realistic it was already a 'Lost Control' for me let alone doing those chain maneuvers you did in succession. And this is coming from an Old Guard. My crew is 5/5 G-Tolerance and 5/5 Stamina. However I play this game from time to time and haven't pay a single dime since a very long time ago.
During years I realized that this game is more than pay to win. What I mean by that is there are more than meets the eye. Obviously premium stuff gives you more advantage. However the game also rolls the dice for you regarding your customership and by that I mean how much money you've spent and are likely to spend in the game. If you're spending good money then you're a good customer and you have more 'lucky' actions in the game. For example in the same situation I register a normal hit whereas yours becomes a critical, my pilot passes out in high Gs whereas yours doesn't, etc..
Don't get me wrong I'm not accusing you. It's not your fault. But it is what it is. There is no such thing as a free lunch and the only free cheese is in the mousetrap. There's no such thing as 'Free to play' game. Somebody must pay so that the company can run the business. The primary job of developers in so called free-to-play games is keeping the paying players in the game and adding more numbers to that. In a PvE game it doesn't hurt too much but in a PvP game...The success of such a company in the business is defined by how much they can do it without being detected by playerbase, favoring one player over another, and implement it in the gameplay sneakily. And this game presents many confusing damage calculation mechanics in the gameplay which serve the purpose well for the company.

F2H-2 Banshee fights exclusively in the dive. Nothing else, nothing more. Climb to space, wait for someone to isolate themselves an then dive on them. unfortantly i think its BR is too high
