Are you opening a gym ?
I watched your video on hitting two plates on bench in a year and three on squat. But if I started at fifteen and looked 14 is this an exception?

yo your affiliate link goes to a 404 page
You looking to hire coaches to expand the programming?
Holyshit. This angle really shows how jacked Matt is.
He's got an Arnold chest
See that shit in 3d
Mesomorph
I was always thinking he's small and incredible strong, but i guess his jacked too.
loving these slightly longer informative vids
Agree. Matt is a goldmine of knowledge when it comes to powerlifting, it's really great to be able to see these videos
Agreed! I believe this guy will definitely be world class when he’s older
Same
Way too long for my attention span.
😂😅
that trash can is at RPE 9
The explanation of why rep 2 and on feel easier blew my mind😳 that makes way more sense.
This makes a lot more sense. For sumo, my following pull reps are much easier than my first pull. My best pull form is how I pull after bringing the bar back down.
Love your videos man, I really appreciate how straight forward you are.
Thankyou for posting this SESSION on DEADLIFTING
Your channel is becoming better and better thanks matt
This tip was small but helped massively with my sumo form. Thank you so much
Good video Matt, very informative and clear. Look forward to more like this !
Thanks a lot Matt, I appreciate your work. Helped me a lot
Its also why you're generally stronger with your 2nd rep + in your set and less so for your first rep. At least that's been my experience.
Really awesome tips man
Nice vid Matt. I like your lowkey warehouse gym, seems like a nice private getaway from the commercial gyms.
Thanks for the info Matt! 😁
Great advice!
please give tutorial on perfect squat plug size next
Interesting and useful thanks
Thank you for not having the annoying music
The location he's training in is awesome.
Good call on having the bench partially block the view.
Can you pls do a detailed video on how to program for powerlifting?
Loving the thumbnail
This is how I taught a fellow gym bro. : O
Hey Matt, i was wondering if i should wear knee sleeves for sumo. I've never worn them when doing sumo but just wondering right now. Nice content by the way, keep it up!
I recently started to bend my knees more on conventional and I feel stronger and more explosive at the bottom
hey matt! can you do a video on how to determine your foot placement for bench?
The floor
The ceiling
The wall
@@fim1344 For leg drive, fim.
@@fim1344 lol fim
can you do more videos on preventing knees from collapsing during sumo as well as avoiding getting my hands caught by my legs.
can you move away all that stuff that is in front of the bar? Makes it much better so we can actually see all of the rep
If I have the mobility to open up my legs at the start of sumo deadlift and unable to maintain this position through the left, is it going to be optimal to be in this fully externally rotated and abducted position at the start or a little less than that will be better for strength?
that thumbnail LOL
Your jacked factory link doesnt work!
Very cool
Mine is hybrid-frog-semi sumo position. It's called semi sumo but it's more similar to conventional.
Video about building a training program?
so when are you gong to do a physique check because your looking mighty jacked under that vest
matt how far the bar to the legs some say only 1 inch but think not it depends on the body structure
Do what he does in the vid, then stand up and look down to see where the bar is over your foot.
nice
Where are you from ?
i celebrate natural lifters like yourself
lmao that thumbnail
Looks like his cheeks are gonna explode
yo what is an eccentric contraction someone help me out here haha
Gyms closing was bad. But I think we are getting longer and more informative content coz of that. Silver linings!
I can’t hear you
Where's my daily dose of jazz music
I recommend the Starting Strength's video on this topic. It shows a pretty easy 5-step process, only for conventional tho
1st
🙄
cheater xD
waiting room for a short? lol
matt looking a a house and a half
Good tip, its always sad to see people dropping the weight on deadlifts during training, but there is so much strength and positioning to be build on eccentrics
Is that a gym or construction site?😆
No way he’s only 20 yrs old.
23
@@mattvena226 oh your yt bio says 20
