Am i crazy or is vecna just fine?
I think pig is still c though. Higher than legion, maybe dredge level? I liked hearing your reasons though.

Mostly reasonable. I also do think Vecna's killrates do not accurately represent his power level. He is just a bit overwhelming to face because of the number of spells but none of his powers are particularly impressive. At his core he is an M1 killer.
Flight of the damned can be dodged on reaction and has finnicky hitboxes and misleading aim indicator making even clueless survivors dodge it by accident.
Mage hand is his strongest ability but it requires precise timing and gets hard countered by corresponding magic items.
Fly is just ok mobility/fast vault tool on a long cd.
Sphere is a little bit of info but mostly just a safety net against magic items that render offensive abilities useless.
What about that kit screams "too strong" to people I struggle to understand.
Personally i would put pinhead and singularity into A tier i may be biased cause im a pinhead main but being able to juggle the box and use his anti loop extremely effectively makes him near unstoppable especially with the range and box solve time addons other than that i would move pig down a tier then it would be an almost perfect tier list

Every thing is okay but bubba after buff top b or low a and chucky is low a or b cause no map pressure no mobility he can’t end chase quick but every thing is okay
Ghostface at C behind nemesis and wraith is kinda weird, and singularity not on A is kinda wrong too... BUT VECNA AT C?!! That's just nuts
