Once you talk to Eonar, quickly take out the first 2 waves of hounds and annihilators, then, when the 3rd wave comes kill only one hound then proceed to enter the ship, kill the demon inside it, deactivate the crystals then exit. After that, you no longer need to enter the ship again, just keep clearing the enemy until the swarm of fel bats arrives, kill those and you have finished. The only thing you have to look out for are the annihilators, as those will deal heavy damage to Eonar, take them out as fast as possible. You'll have to exit the ship in time as the 4th enemy wave will spawn another annihilator.
Nicely scripted, and extraordinarily expansive and concise, well coordinated with the visual components! I was able to walk thru a quest requirement fairly well, though the dynamics shifted somewhat on the final boss. It was a great cheat to have running in the background while I knocked out this damned Quest requirement, alone (I leveled past a looking for a looking for raid thing).
Okay so it looks like there's been some sneaky changes to Eonar? The Paraxis now needs to be boarded twice, otherwise it will kill her. You're gonna have to go through it the first time, fly down, kill the mobs attacking her (careful of the knockup ability), go to the 3rd Destructor and kill it along with the mobs, kill the mobs on the original platform AND THEN go back into the ship. I only just managed to do this on my Fury Warrior and by the end of it she was on 12% and surrounded by mobs when I reached her again.
Doesnt't seem like it. Just did it by boarding the ship only once. After the ship I flew to the lower path door, killed everything that came out (had to wait a while), then flew up to the middle path that had some stragglers running, killed them and the fight ended. Never had to board the ship a second time.

Lol i died two times the elevator smash me. I was watching the video and doing the raid at the same time and was like, "what elevator? I don't see it." Then 💥 lmaoooo. And the last boss was able to do his destory everythjng ability but besides everything else it was really easy for a Monk Brewmaster 61. Thanks for the guide really appreciate it man!

Can you make a video covering the most important mechanics in the bfa raids that people should know about before pugging them for tmogs and mounts? Didn't play during bfa, and there are several tmog sets and mounts that i really want. Love your videos btw:D
First time completing argus and i got the shackle I had so many wipes on it, that when i beat it finally i forgot all about the mount was just happy to finally finish it! icing on the cake i guess good luck!
Amazing guide. Except after that last step, more spawn at the highest one. Then below Eonar again. Then back to the ship. Kill center again. Get all four crystals again. Try to get back to the lowest and farthest again. Because it repeats. All the while the Praxis is throwing you high into the air, which causes too much time to pass, and you fail. I was stoked when I found your video. So well done. Am I missing something? I do exactly your video, and then all the above mentioned happens. I’m not fast enough once it starts tossing me in the air and waves of enemies come from all over. Maybe I can just make my stand at Eonar in that part 🤷🏼♂️
Did this today as of 2 days before Dragonflight pre-patch phase 2 (so 10.0). In DUO, Varimathras STILL HAS his healing debuff. But SOLO the debuff is gone. If anyone is doing this duo or more it's much harder than solo. (Was able to duo everything as an Outlaw Rogue ilvl 237 and a Fire Mage ilvl 243 but had to have the Fire Mage drop out to kill Vari and Agg solo.) (Also - Coven of Shivarra in DUO has a tether that requires the bosses to be separated) Everything else holds up solo.
I think they might have changed it because I did everything and still can't touch all the crystals before I get 1 shot. the bar moves way to fast when I'm on solo mythic.
Eonar took me some time but at the end I mastered this encounter on my ww monk. Thank you very much for the explanation, it really helped me a lot and I realized i really can solo this on mythic (my monk is in dps spec, 254 item lvl)
Eonar strat doesn't work as far as i can tell anymore. Following this exactly step-by-step (and doing it a bit faster too using a brewmaster) and she still dies as i'm getting to bottom path when the giant robot is coming out. from what i see she's being hit by melee mobs and i have no idea where they're coming from.
@@Rustycobra what do you mean was XD it still is complete shit for slow classs. without speedpots i see no way to make the ship happen on time even on 290 ilvl the timer is just to short for a fat warrior even with leap
@@King-Duck Ive had multiple previous guildmates and friends do it no problem at all on what most ppl would consider slower specs warrior included. Not sure if you're doing something wrong but they didnt struggle with it at all. Speedpots will def help!
Weirdly, I was able to do this many months back using this strategy - on my DK no less - and now I can't get it to work despite having significantly higher ilevel. I kill everything quickly, trigger the special ability to clear the map, get into and out of the ship with good time to spare, but when I do she's already being wailed on and dies shortly afterward.
Same for me, had to do another round of clearing out the ship, and kill 2 waves that almost brought eonar to 10% hp due to me getting chain knocked up like 3 times in a row. Just barely clutched it out using night fae shape shift and triple heroic leap legendary. Maybe I could've ignored the ship and just cleared waves though.
Tried this on my own first, was a disaster. You got me most of the way through it after that. I lost everything after "you only have to kill one felhound and it will kill the rest. Getting to the boss in the room and getting back to the boss lost me. Will try it gain tomorrow, gave me a headache. 🤪 Thanks!
Appreciate your videos are very helpful but definitely can't get ANR, I'm monk and doing everything as fast or faster and die after the room every time on last set of fell hounds from timer. Going come back with some speed potions but not sure if it will be enough. I'm a couple seconds away from end of your video so fingers crossed....got it had to make an adjustment at end because things were still coming out from the top, so recommend after the room going back to boss and catching everything there till last group from below comes out
works great. cleared with arms warri, fury warri, UH DK, all 3 hunters, ww monk and feral drood this ID (all toons between 245 and 248 ilvl) .... no scythe yet but mount in the 1st solo ID ololololol
Keep on dieing randomly after I get the crystals, I'm getting them in the same order as in the video and have done all prior steps. I have no idea why I am dieing

Funny how Legion mythics are still a challenge to solo despite it being 2, nearly 3 expansions behind. I don't get why it's so hard to just give people a legacy buff that makes them one shot everything when it's 2 expansions ago content
For Eonar: Still too slow on a dk. Im getting the timing to enter paraxis at around 35-38 seconds left on doom. by the time i finish killing the middle guy, i get to about 3 crystals before i fail. Even tried using speed pot and saving advance for the crystals, and by the time i get out, the bottom wave is half way to eonar and by the time i get to the robot, he kills eonar. And that was my best attempt
i get the same as paladin but i noticed i wasn't too slow on the time in the ship itself but the adds kill her before i get the 4th one. even though in this video she doesn't get any damage while he's up there
8:30 60 Blood DK and I died 4x after rage quitting this fight. The stupid wings kept sending me the wrong direction and I couldn’t get the mobs in time. Might try later after I cool off
Why you need to have good gear to be able to beat a 4 years old content . Just make it legacy like the rest (WOD etc) The only reason someone will go there is for transmog gear.
UPDATE: You have to fight the boss solo. the nerfs are not in effect with multiple people there. what we did was have everyone hit the boss and then have one person fight the boss and everyone else jumps off.
also, for some reason, on the same section, it appears the waves no longer spawn separately. so unless this is a bug, i wouldnt suggest anyone get their hopes up on soloing this thing. that alone makes it simply impossible to manage. no matter the gear.

I've always wanted Taeshalach, but never managed to get it (I have both scythes, but idc about those tbh lol). If I level my plate classes to level 60 how much gear do I need to solo Normal/LFR Antorus? I'm mainly concerned about the Aggramar fight. I'm assuming prot pally won't have to be as stacked?
THx fo the Tutorial and good guide. BUT varimathras still has the ability u wont get healed and get more dmg for 200%. I dont know if this is a solo thing were u wont get it but i got the debuff on me while doing it with my mate as a healer.
eaonar works good on dk, just done it. took some time to learn it but after liek 4 trys i got it hard part is up the ship but u can use the exta button to get to the third and 4rth crystal easy
jokes on me. after i killed high command the portal back disappeared on me. tried warping out, that was a no go as it took me to same spot when i came back in
I have a question. Can i do burning throne on my druid and unlock the transmog set (rogue) regalia of scoundrels on my druid. I dont want to haft to do the quest chain again.
458-70 aff lock just one-shot this entire place ignoring ALL mechanics. just slap the bosses for a few seconds is all it takes. when i got to Argus, i was pumping and focusing on a perfect opener. i JUST got into dumping shards and the boss fell over. i didnt get to see the death cut-sceen. -,-

Unfortunatly Blizzard only made this for Demon Hunters. I have tried other classes, and die either on the ship, or just as I am jumping off of it.

impossible on paladin also, I get a second ship and some adds spawning on top

Did they undo the changes on mythic Aggramar? My friend and I were trying it and we keep getting flung off the arena by him.

Dunno why but DUO the raid is actually harder than SOLO. Varimathras has the healing debuff in DUO and aggramar knocks you back into oblivion in DUO

Are you killing all the mobs he's mentioning? Once I did she gained enough power to wipe the room and then she took out the ship with ease.

I see no path back to the crossroads after killing High Command dude. I go back and its just a gaping chasm with the portal on the other side.

Not sure what i'm doing wrong on the Eonar fight. keeps auto killing me after getting in the Paraxis and clicking 2-3 crystals
following it to a T. Still not working and have no idea why.
@@Graphed same here, going into paraxis and boss get killed every time, i have no time to clicking crystal and get out.
i dont understand when i try to enter argus in mythic again takes me back to the finish ... how can I do it again from the start?
jokes on me. after i killed high command the portal back disappeared on me. tried warping out, that was a no go as it took me to same spot when i came back in
varimatras still have 100% reduction healing mechanic, is this outdated or something? i am just trying to kill him and still getting reduction buff

I have a question. Can i do burning throne on my druid and unlock the transmog set (rogue) regalia of scoundrels on my druid. I dont want to haft to do the quest chain again.

even now as a paladin in dragonflight its not possible way too slow no chance of doing it wish blizz would just put in a skip
458-70 aff lock just one-shot this entire place ignoring ALL mechanics. just slap the bosses for a few seconds is all it takes. when i got to Argus, i was pumping and focusing on a perfect opener. i JUST got into dumping shards and the boss fell over. i didnt get to see the death cut-sceen. -,-
Okay but why is it that when he knocks you back, you move a inch, I get knocked across the entire platform then into the nether xD
