Looks amazing I have been sitting on a airfix F80 for 3 motnhs now because I have completed 2 model and have done well but i get into my own head, but this looks amazing keep it up!
Best way to learn is by building, give it a try, I bet it will turn out great. I'm still learning every build too and don't plan on stopping learning any time soon :)
I find it as good as Mr Color GX100 when applied correctly, but slightly less forgiving than GX100. I'm still getting used to it. I find specialty Gundam model kit retailers online tend to carry Gaia, but finding it in stock is tough. I usually have to hunt around Google Shopping to find it in stock at the time I buy. I honestly can't even remember where I bought this clear a couple years ago. Thanks for watching, I appreciate your kind words!
@scaleffect thanks very much! I see what you mean, with a little digging it looks like it can be found. I see you thin yours with Mr. Color leveling thinner too. I do like the Gunze GX-100 gloss clear though. Anyway thanks again and well deserved on your final result 👏
@@scaleffect @scaleffect I changed my answer))) You create really good aircaraft. I buyed 1980 model of Fokker 21 and want to asseble and paint it. What you can say about hairspray chipping for the aircraft?
Meant to leave a comment earlier, but well done with this, it really turned out great and was a great entry for the Group Build!!
Thanks for taking the time to check it out and hosting the group build, I appreciate it.
Turned out really nice, enjoyed watching your process, Tom
Thanks for stopping by to check it out, glad you liked it

Nice work ☺️ even though I'm not into planes I enjoyed watching you build this and see your techniqies for extra realism. Keep up the great work 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you, always appreciate your support taking the time to check out the videos.
Very nice looking good 👍🏻 👍🏻
Thanks
Nice intro so far….
I hear ya, weathering is tricky. Either not enough or just too much. Turned out really nice though.
Yeah, still trying to learn each time. Thanks for watching, appreciate the kind words.
What did you film with. Great looking video
Thank you. I use a Pixel 7 Pro cell phone.
Great video! Odd how the weathering became muted but end result is still nice.
Came our really nice! How do you like the clear gloss you use and where do you get it at?

Really good work! And please forgive me for confusing you with another person, I’m really ashamed of such a mistake(
Thanks for checking it out! No worries, I didn't even notice what you mention about the confusion.
