Damn that was crazy!!! I know some keydown CB’ers who run big power run PVC conduit under their suburbans and the power wires inside the conduit. Love your build!!! 👍🏼
Many people tell me to just clean it or cut the bad part & somehow wire both ends together.. Im just gonna rerun that wire again & make sure i do it the right way !
Im going to start carrying a fire extinguisher in my truck from now on. I'm glad you cought it before anything bad happened. You have put so much money into your truck. It is one of the nicest tahoes I've seen. Can't wait to see what you do to it next
@@SleepyBoiii I said you spent a lot of money on your Tahoe because it could have got bad. Funny your asking if we know how much you've spent so far. I don't remember a video of you saying how much. But I know it's a lot.
Damn I was wondering how u ran all ur cables. Glad u caught it. Gonna be doing something similar to ur set up . I too ahe a tahoe and I'm gonna do 4 12 zvx 12s
Same thing just happened to me, power wire was rubbing on steering column and I kept hearing sparkly noises when I would turn my wheel. But I was thinking why didn't you just repair the rub spot with some heat shrink, not with the paper thin skyhigh shrink but with some thick adhesive lined marine grade heat shrink? That is what I am going to be doing instead of replacing the whole run.
I didnt want any upcoming problems with current flow on a single wire later on.. so i went under & re run that wire & also fixed that sagging problem as well so it wouldnt happen again.

Good catch. Most people would just wait till the problem gets bigger.
