Novak Djokovic is arguably the greatest sportsman who ever walked on Earth, som esay he is the king of sports. But what makes him truly great is that he is a man of respect to his parents, his family and friends. He is very grateful and knows one should also give back to those who always support him since he started playing. So he created a foundation to help disfavored children in his country to build new preschool buildings or repair existing ones, make or repair parks for children where they can play, buy new furniture for preschools, books and anything a preschool might need, and also teacher training and support for parents. Novak believes firmly that each child should have the same opportunity to learn and develop it´s talents and try to accomplish it´s dreams. He has been able to already help 56.000 children, build 58 preschools, and has spent about 16 million dollars in these projects, which is 11,4% of all his career earnings.
If Federer wasn’t 6 years older than Djokovic and instead 3 years older or even the same age as Djokovic then the rivalry plays out completely differently. Also all the credit in the world to Djokovic for winning those matches but I think even if one of the back to back US Open semis where Federer held 2 match points play out differently then we see this rivalry play out completely differently. Another match not talked about a lot is the 2015 US Open final where Djokovic won in 4 but Federer won only 1 of 15 break points (whereas Djokovic won something like 3 of 4 break points) and even though Djokovic won the match in 4 the total points won were almost dead even. Speaking of total points won the 2019 Wimbledon final was probably the one that hurt the most for Federer. It was nearly a decade after the back to back US Open disasters so he had plenty of time to think about it. Probably too much time. That was a match where Fed won about 15 more total points. I also believe that if Wimbledon hadn’t changed the rules (that being the first year a 5th set tiebreaker was put into play) then Federer wins. Djokovic won all 3 of his sets in tiebreakers and everyone knows how good he is when playing those. More importantly though Federer was nearly unbreakable that tournament and one of the few breaks that Djokovic got was when Roger was serving for the match up *40-15. Unlike the US Open SF in ‘10 and ‘11 Fed didn’t completely fall apart after blowing match points. He went on to hold several more times until the tiebreaker at 12-12. If that’s a match that is played by old school rules, no tiebreaker and the only way you win is by essentially breaking your opponent and holding serve then I think Federer wins that match. Lastly: IMO 2017-2018 Roger Federer is supremely underrated (expecially 2017). That year Roger and Rafa won all 4 slams but Federer went 5-0 against Nadal that year and the only 2 sets he lost were in the epic Australian Open final. Aside from that Roger really blew Rafa off the court that year. Nadal won the US Open that season and Roger bowed out to Del Potro in a tough match. But the way Roger was playing against Nadal that year I think he would’ve beaten him in New York as well. 2017 and 2018 were two of Roger’s best seasons and he didn’t play Djokovic at all during those two years. Would’ve loved to see what that Fed (healthy, turning the back hand from a liability to a weapon and serving like a demon) against Djokovic. Unfortunately 2017 was one of Djokovic’s worst seasons post 2011 and although he won a slam in 2018 he was still underwhelming compared to the years that followed.
Djokovic was out most of 2017 due to a surgery and I believe only came back to play tournaments at the end of that year. He played the first half of 2018 just to get back his form, even lost to mediocre players at AO and RG but on he was finding his form even not at 100% he started winning and dominating again from Wimbledon and on. Federertook advantage of Djokovic absence to win 3 more majors. Djokovic was the only opponent he was scared of. Not Murray, not Wawrinka, and not even Nadal (except on clay). You said Djokovic was not successful in 2017, not even mentioning he was out due to surgery. Seriously?
Federer is the root cause for Wimbledon to change the rules. In 2018, he lost against Anderson in quarter final with 2 sets in advance. Then 'Kevin Anderson won the longest Centre Court match in history and earned a chance to try to collect his first Grand Slam championship, edging John Isner 7-6 (6), 6-7 (5), 6-7 (9), 6-4, 26-24 at Wimbledon in a marathon between two big servers that lasted more than 6.5 hours on Friday' . At the end, the rule was changed. Not many people know that :)
@@huynhnguyentin4664 Anyone follows tennis closely should know this, especially during the Wimbledon 2019 final the commentators talked about the new format.
@@huynhnguyentin4664 Ah, you beat me to it! More people should know this, that Fed had an ironic inadvertent hand in that rule change that contributed to his own demise in 2019.

All true points. Still taking that all into consideration, Federer was the only player to give Novak the hardest time overall across all surfaces. Whilst Rafa had a closer H2H record and was a more physically resilient opponent (as opposed to Roger who was technically/strategically resilient), he could mostly only hurt Novak on clay, hence the skewed H2H record, but was nowhere near as tough to handle anywhere outside of clay compared to handling Roger. So I'd say Roger was the most difficult opponent overall for Novak, even though obviously he was the more dominant player out of the two and everyone else on the tour basically... probably up until Carlos and Jannik has come of age. So whilst Roger was bested pretty much nearly all of the time against Novak in the big title matches, we ought to give Roger huge credit for being the overall toughest competitive rival for Novak. They rarely have one-sided, blowout matches. Until Alcaraz and Jannik came along, no other player was in that conversation.
Nole knew that and said Rafa is his biggest Rival Few people understand the meaning behind,he want RG from rafa's hand A true GOAT's ambition ! I bet Rafa understands that as well

Adulation of Federer is a joke. Forget GOAT, he is not even second in my opinion. That honor goes to Nadal. Novak is undisputed king and he is STILL writing history as tennis' current oldest world's number 1.
He was in the early part of his career. But he still managed to make very gutsy returns on matchpoint which robbed Federer of 2 US opens and the 2019 wimbledon.
Novak is an Ultimate Tennis Player for me. By 2010, Federer had like what 10 GS and Nadal won all French Opens by then. The way be evolved his game and to comeback from so behind ! His mentally superior than any other tennis player ever. Skill always is subjective but he edges Federer in movement and slightly better than Nadal.
Becouse he is not Baghdatis, Philipousis, Safin, Hewitt, Rodick, Gonzales, Soderling and other average players which made him famouse and some kind of legend.
Only 3 chokes from federer against novak made novak the GOAT otherwise federer could have become the GOAT in terms stats but federer is still the best in terms of quality, eligance and popularity.
Novak is the one who humbled Federer!!! He was so arrogant!!! Like we all know!!! At least , at the end he accepted the truth, and the fact, that Novak Is The Greatest tennis 🎾 player who ever played the game!!! Which we cannot say for Rafa!! He couldn’t accept that!!! But slowly slowly, even he swallows bitterness and started saying that Novak is undisputed Goat 🐐 of 🎾 and The Greatest athlete of this millennium!!! Like Muhammad Ali was before!!! Two Greatest athletes of all time, considering all the facts!!! 🥇🏅🏆🏆🎾🇷🇸🐐🐐🐐👋👋👋
Federer lacked the grit and tenacity of Nadal and Novak. The clutch performance demands grit and raw instinct. Fed was too pretty and technical for that...too much of a purist.
Federer and his dana need to ne happy cause Roger move from 17GS!!! He couldn’t win single GS from 2012 cause of Novak!!! He just got lucky 🍀 that Novak got injured for nearly two years, and he scratched three more GS against pure competition like most of his early wining GS, against Raonic, Cilic, whom i didn’t even play!!! Soonest Novak come back, he never win a Slam again!!! Novak was destroying him, like usual!!!

Roger will always be people's champion. Just imagine if Roger and Rafa decide to play doubles (main draw or legends draw) at Roland Garros or Wimbledon, sold out stadium, there would be such a buzz around that. Who knows in 2-3 year time 😌
Not really, in 2015 or 2019 Roger would won at least 1 maybe more Slams. In fact if his knee didn't go under the knife, he would probably be in 2020-2022 Novak's toughest opponent on faster surfaces. Players like Roger are one of a kind
Novak is not the Greatest of all time. Such a tittle mocks tennis as a sport. He serves like he is made out of reed. His playing style is tasteless. The list goes on. So he has more accolades but I am sure there is more to greatness including which player marketed the sport best. Roger federer is the GOAT of tennis. He is Mr Tennis love it all hate it. That is why the crowds boo Novak. Perheps Nadal is the greatest of all time in tennis. I can accept either Roger or Rafa. They were both great. Rafa is the GOAT Roger is second to RAFA. Rafa and Roger the greatest in tennis history. I am happy with that. Not Novak.
The revisionism is the high for this smartphone generation, Djokovic was nothing when Federer and Nadal were at their best, it is when both slowed down that he got to have a chance, even Federer on 1 leg with surgeries on his knee had djokovic on the ropes as a 37 year old, same for Nadal it is when he got torn apart by injuries enough for djokovic to have a chance, people talk all sorts of nonsense
Really 🥺🥺 😮😮 Novak beat Nadal, top seed, at his peak in 2011 seven times consecutively in all major tournaments when your Federer had a mental block against Nadal. Federer was barely leading Novak 5-4 in slams till 2011. He won another in 2012 Wimbledon and that is it. Federer never managed to beat Novak again in a slam. The final H2H is 11-6. Novak bludgeoned Federer in 2015 Wimbledon who beat Andy in Straight sets. It is Federer who is a weak era vulture who dominated the weakest era in tennis between 2003-2007 beating 4 unseeded players, an oldie on the verge of retirement and teens Nadal and Novak. He again vultured two slams in 2009 when Nadal unexpectedly got beaten in French open by Soderling and skipped Wimbledon. The next time he dominated was between 2017-early 2018 when Novak was hobbled by elbow issues. Once Novak came back from a surgery this weak merchant went to his usual shell. LoL 😂😂😂 This weak merchant is a deplorable 2-14 against Nadal on clay and one was a charity thrown by Novak in 2009 Madrid when he extended Nadal to a marathon three setter and left him fatigued. He couldn't extend him to five sets of his six meetings at RG. He had a mental block against him. In his so-called prime, he was 10-23 against Nadal. He managed to beat Nadal consecutively between. 2017 to 2019 when he was between 35-37 years old. Now let us see how you respond and will prove who is talking dr1vels. LoL 😂😂😂😂
The only reason Fedal were better earlier on in their careers was because Nole was a gluten intolerant, which drastically affected him, physically and mentally. After he was already healthy because of changing his diet half of 2010', to improve his condition, we all know what happened. The rest is history.
Federer _peak_ was conveniently during the weak era. The first half of his grand Slams were against people like Baghdatis, Gonzalez, Philippoussis, Soderling, etc. You say Federer & Nadal weren't at their peaks anymore but they were still beating everyone not named Novak (and to a lesser degree Andy) so your theory doesn't really make any sense. At the end of the day they're both great players but Novak is clearly better.

Why was Novak never scared of Roger Federer? Well... Maybe because Roger Federer is a weakling? A soft, over-hyped merchandise mannequin. Maybe that? Or maybe because of some other mystical reason? Then... Why was Novak never scared of Rafael Nadal? Well... maybe because Rafael Nadal is a one-trick pony? A soft, over-hyped merchandise mannequin? Maybe that.

Nole knew that and said Rafa is his biggest Rival Few people understand the meaning behind,he want RG from rafa's hand
A true GOAT's ambition !

Reason was simple , Novak admits the greatness of Federer , and by taking him down proves that he is in that league
Very funny,mister 40-15😂

Novak is an Ultimate Tennis Player for me.
By 2010, Federer had like what 10 GS and Nadal won all French Opens by then.
The way be evolved his game and to comeback from so behind ! His mentally superior than any other tennis player ever. Skill always is subjective but he edges Federer in movement and slightly better than Nadal.
God is with Djokovic, think about that, WHY?
No one told him that he should be afraid of him 😆
Remember, Novak had a losing record against Roger until Wimbledon 2015. That is 9 years of a head to head losing record.
Becouse he is not Baghdatis, Philipousis, Safin, Hewitt, Rodick, Gonzales, Soderling and other average players which made him famouse and some kind of legend.
Djokovic shoved his real colors when he called Djokovics shot "lucky"
Only 3 chokes from federer against novak made novak the GOAT otherwise federer could have become the GOAT in terms stats but federer is still the best in terms of quality, eligance and popularity.
That is the reason for what they didn't like him. He overpowered theirs god in his house. He is the GOAT...
Novak is THE GOD of tennis 😮👌
NOVAK #DJOKOVIC The GOD Of TENNIS🎾
But he didn't win. Fed win 2 different slams 5x each. And Joker was right there through it all.
🥇🏅🏆🏆🎾🇷🇸🐐🐐🐐👋👋👋
carrier and technique goat but … haha we don’t say but everyone knows that good goat for djoko :)
Federer lacked the grit and tenacity of Nadal and Novak. The clutch performance demands grit and raw instinct. Fed was too pretty and technical for that...too much of a purist.
It’s called a match not a game

Arrogant Federer was during the time, that was it.
Both great champions Novak and Roger !
True, but there can only be one GOAT!
Federer broke the recquet only once! That tells a lot...
Who bagled who? Check bagel stats. Lol. Who never won the fan favorite trophy?
He was never
Federer and his dana need to ne happy cause Roger move from
17GS!!!

Fed has more wimbledons and US opens. Sadly for Djoke they are the two largest, prestigious and highest purse in all of tennis.
Novak has 24 GS. Sadly for Roger and Rafa, they will never reach that. Goooooooood night.
Roger will always be people's champion. Just imagine if Roger and Rafa decide to play doubles (main draw or legends draw) at Roland Garros or Wimbledon, sold out stadium, there would be such a buzz around that. Who knows in 2-3 year time 😌
Federer is not record holder in Wim and US if you take a look on WTA :).
because he is a Serb
When ever federer turned God mode on. Novak was just a baby
Unfortunately from 2014 he was only able to do that outside Slams 😔
Roger is the real GOAT
Define *real* - maybe better hair but not in terms of records and record books. This is how it's decided. It's not a popularity contest.
Isn’t?
Because he was a better player compared to any other even fedal !
Novak started winning when federer past his prime 😂
Gooooood night!
Not really, in 2015 or 2019 Roger would won at least 1 maybe more Slams. In fact if his knee didn't go under the knife, he would probably be in 2020-2022 Novak's toughest opponent on faster surfaces. Players like Roger are one of a kind
Novak is the best. That's distinct from being the GOAT. Roger is still the GOAT.
Not Novak.
NOLEWOLFGOAT
The revisionism is the high for this smartphone generation, Djokovic was nothing when Federer and Nadal were at their best, it is when both slowed down that he got to have a chance, even Federer on 1 leg with surgeries on his knee had djokovic on the ropes as a 37 year old, same for Nadal it is when he got torn apart by injuries enough for djokovic to have a chance, people talk all sorts of nonsense
Really 🥺🥺 😮😮
Novak beat Nadal, top seed, at his peak in 2011 seven times consecutively in all major tournaments when your Federer had a mental block against Nadal.
LoL 😂😂😂
This weak merchant is a deplorable 2-14 against Nadal on clay and one was a charity thrown by Novak in 2009 Madrid when he extended Nadal to a marathon three setter and left him fatigued.
LoL 😂😂😂😂
Continue if that makes you feel better😂 Djokovic's fans are celebrating and are happy to see Fedaltard coper😂
Go cry for your favourites....😅😅😅😅
Because Narcissists don't get scared.

Well... Maybe because Roger Federer is a weakling?

Then... Why was Novak never scared of Rafael Nadal?
Well... maybe because Rafael Nadal is a one-trick pony?

Or, is it simply because Roger and Rafa were never even close to match the strength and quality of the one and true GOAT - Novak Djokovic?
Eh... this is so difficult to answer.
