Beautiful airport and even better drive from the airport to the jetty to catch the ferry to St Kitts with a herd of sheep roaming on the road side. St Kitts airport though bigger and hosting International flights kind of lacks Nevis airport charm. Visited way back in 2007 to cober the security of ICC CWC 2007. Much love from India
I believe you're gonna say this in the next video "Fantastic shots at Nevis Vance W. Amory International Airport in the Caribbean near St.Kitts located in the Atlantic Ocean a few miles away from Cuba, south of the Bahamas, distant from the Bermuda triangle a little close to the Gulf of Mexico mate."
Awesome video. I remember bk in the day when the runway first got extended there was much much more traffic including Falcons and citations etc. But at 4000' plus a displaced threshold the runway really isn't long enough for anything above a king air or a beech 1900 (plus the dash 8s and atr 42). I have plenty of ideas of how tkpn can regain its former glory but local politicians never listen.
@@SKBenergy Nevis, same security dude that let you in the day you went spotting. Was going doing a check and we went down to 10 and we stopped so it could taxi out and takeoff but i was at the end already so i got a close up recorded
SKB,, HELLO, MAN,,I CAN SEE THE WHITECAPS,,IN THE OCEAN,,WHICH MEANS HIGH WINDS,,, The ORIGINAL mission, for CARAVBAN, was people transport, there was s sight seeing outfit that flew the GRAND CANYON, AND THOSE HAD HUGH WINDOWS,, so pax could see better,+ photos,. Cheers from NJ USA
