Upon first opening this project I checked out what trickery the bass was made out of only to discover it was all stock legacy plugins which really confronted me with the fact that it really doesn't matter that much what you use but how you use it. Don't let your eyes trick your ears kind of thing basicly.
We've been encouraging customers to look at what comes with FL Studio first. Exhaust that (if you can) then look at 3rd party plugins.
i've been using fl studio for about 11 years and this has to be my favorite newstuff track, really shows how powerful this DAW is

@@S3TVproductions I think it's important for new producers. I know when I was younger I thought producing was all in what VSTs you have available to you. But this really shows what you can do

When reviewing it like this it may seem overwhelming. But when you build it step by step it is a lot more sinple. Just takes time

I am mindblown by how many sounds are made by several instances of 3xOsc. You can do crazy stuff with the simplest tools, you just have to know how to use them right. ;)
a lot of popular synths out there only have 3 oscillators as well, they just give you more tools to jack around with the sounds built in. but 3x is definitely a super powerful tool, just made very simple to use, and combine it with a bunch of other built in effects and you can achieve much of the same stuff you can get using a synth like serum or pigments if you know your way around the software.

what i see here is even in the most complex projects there's space for the very old plugins like Fruity Fast LP, from the legacy FL. So doesn't mater if is old/obsolete, what is mater is how you use it.
Feels like a synchronicity for me. It's wild, because when I first heard it after recently updating fl studio I instantly listened to it the way he is, in segments. I'm still learning, and I needed to know how this song sounded so amazing. Great job‼🔥🔥

This was eye-opening for me. I tend to rely heavily on plugins like Serum for LFO and envelope-driven effects, but I'm realizing that there's no substitute for the total control you can achieve just by having a whole pile of automation clips. You can really *compose* a song throughout, and it ends up with so much more life and subtlety in variation.

Soundgoodizer is not FL's OTT.. lol. Cool track, always steered away from Soundgoodizer as it throws dynamics out the window.
Honestly, as soon as I saw the track on the demo songs tabs, I reviewed it entirely so I already knew how the track was made😂. But I still had to watch the video bcs it's always fun seeing producers explain their music ^^. (Especially when the track is that good).

Yes I vote for a scrolling effects rack next update.
Unroute from the master and route into adjacent mixer channel for 10 additional slots. Or better yet, use patcher.
@@oliverturner5237 I know Patcher and I know I can redirect to another channel. But the mixer channels are also too few, and I don't like to use the patcher :(

Agreed! We need more slots but also the option to expand the mixer tracks by just right clicking on a track and then choose "insert one". And those who don't need that could simply ignore that feature. It wouldn't clutter anything but just be handy for when you need it.

Karra's wonderful clear vocal is the star, but this mixing session is mind blowing, thank you.
Funny story, I'm really glad I played WarioWare D.I.Y. as a kid and using video editing software that _has_ track layers so this doesn't seem _as_ alien as it would to someone new to this tech period. Studying these sounds and set ups is actually really cool and is showing me, someone new to FL Studio, how this is all built or how it goes.

at first i was overwhelmed by the sheer number of clips and nuances he had in his arrangements, but he said it himself, alot of the stuff added very subtle changes pretty much undetectable to the ear. It was a banger for sure but definitely over produced

I opened today the free version of FL Studio and closed it. I can't find the project bombs away anymore... could someone tell me the path to recover it ?
Very nice, but one question - why do you have multiple eq´s on one track if you don't use all the bands on any of them ?
I was wondering when would be the time to unlock the 125 tracks and 10 effects limits that FL has.
Like per every channel that appears in the channel rack, make it available in the in the mixer track and the playlist. I know patcher is there, but it is not same. Though, i gotta say FL 21 have been an impactful upgrade.
